ALTER, EDIT ANY IMAGES ON THIS ACCOUNT!
◁ I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly.
◁ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
◁ I reserve the right to include any commission done in any portfolio I choose.
◁ I reserve the right to include any commission done in any of my public galleries.
◁ I reserve the right to print off any commissioned pictures for profit. (Unless agreed upon otherwise for privacy issues)
◁ I retain the right to refuse a commission based on any reason including, but not limited to: Poor
communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or hate related.
◁ I reserve the full rights to the image. You may use it for any external projects (commercial or non-commercial). If you wish to limit distribution of your image for things like posting to my galleries, at conventions, at showings, in prints, or any other form. Please mention this before commissioning.
◁ Payment must be received within 48 hours of agreement unless discussed.
◁ (In-stream specific) By purchasing an “In-stream Commission” you, the commissioner, are agreeing to take full responsibility for any image copy right. If you do not have proof of ownership to the copyright of an image you are agreeing that you have written permission from the original artist or proof of permission, thereof.
I am not liable for infringement claims on any provided images or finished works.
◁ I reserve the right to screen cap all commission conversations and post them for any outstanding reasons.
◁ Work in Progresses can be made available, if half the commission has been paid.
◁ Any Unclaimed or Unwanted Sketches I draw are my property. I retain the right to these.
◁ All parties of the picture must agree to be within the picture before any art starts.
◁ All poses final after Sketch Phase.
◁ PayPal payments only.
◁ Commissions open via Journal Announcements / Auctions only, Unless it is a Custom design.
◁ All work is subject to additional fees for complicated character designs / subject matter.
◁ I do NOT work from Text Descriptions! Image Refs ONLY!
◁ I will NOT work from 3D Generated References (incl: SecondLife, IMVU, MMO screenshots, etc)
◁ Re-uploading is OK with a link back.
◁ DO NOT edit my artwork! Contact me if you really want something!
◁ No Requests.
【 Payment 】
◁ A minimum of half of the payment must be paid up front. The Second half may be sent when
you fell appropriate. But you will not see or receive the final image until full payment is made
and or Received.
◁ All Sales are Final.
◁ When Paying through Paypal, you must pay in USD, and choose "Send money to friends and family". This will be sure I receive the FULL Payment, and no fees are taken from either the Buyer or Artist. (This applies even when I am SHIPPING! Because my Fees are ALWAYS included in the price!) YOU MUST GIVE ME YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL! I will send an invoice to you once the commission has been confirmed.
