Thelkorian! (Closed Species)

I made a new species, the Thelkorian!
They are a new and CLOSED species that belongs strictly to me. That being said the design of such is also closed to my discretion.
Here is some info on them!
The product of a Late-Victorian society whose expansion came from advancements in steam and early research in Genetic Manipulation, the Thelkorian are a species based almost entirely around the female chromosome and its manipulation in creating a partially genetically out-bred species. A distant cousin of another species, the Thelkorian are the result of a limited gene pool and modified genetics. Their society exists formed around a Caste system, much like the basic social classes seen in many modern societies.
Attributes for the Thelkorian are as follows:
~ Body form is Canid
~ Short curved and retractable sharp claws much like many feline species
~ Eyes - Slitted Pupils. Heterochromia (two different color eyes) occurs often especially in the hermaphroditic portion of the gender range
~ Chest Jewel - Matches horns in color. Shape intricacy grows with Caste - Lower Caste (Mostly Uncut Oval) - Middle Caste (Shaped Circular) - Upper Caste (Cut Diamond)
~ Large Ears - Upper Caste has fluff inside ears - Middle and Lower Caste trims it
~ Tail - Very Fluffy and VERY Long - Gem-laden bands common for Upper Caste - Lower and Middle Caste bands tail, commonly more than one band
~ Horns - Varies, Sized and Shaped by Caste - Upper- Long and curved - Middle Half-curve or long non-glowing curve. Lower - slight upward sweep, kept short
~ Genders: Female, Hermaphrodite (Usually flat chested - males extremely uncommon due to genetic out-breeding and chromosome splicing)
