TERMS OF SERVICE1. You will not hassle me or anyone who buys an adopt from here if you do not get what you want. If you do you are risking being blocked.2. You will not copy or steal from me or any other person when you do not get what you want. Again, you are risking being blocked if you do.
3. You will not resell your adoptable for more money than you paid for it unless a significant amount of art is added- in which case please note me asking if you may sell for more based on how much art is included.
4. You agree to be respectful to me and my rules as well as any other adoptable buyer on this account.
5. You understand that the T.O.S, is subject to change at any time.
6. You agree to pay on a timely manner and you understand that there are no refunds unless I agree to buy the adoptable back.
7. You agree to tell me the username of anyone you sell, trade or giveaway an adoptable to so that I can update the owner list.
8. You agree that you are not allowed to make large or significant edits to your adoptable without asking for permission. Please ask to make sure I am okay with the changes.
F.A.Q.

Q. Am I allowed to edit my adoptable?
A. Most likely you will be allowed to make small edits or changes, but please ask first and show what you would be changing before doing so.
Q. May I resell or trade my adoptable away?
A. Yes, you may, but you must sell it for the same price that you bought it for- if you have added a significant amount of artwork with it, please contact me and ask if you may raise the price, and I will let you know if you can. Make sure to tell me who you give the adoptable to so that I can update the owner list to prevent problems revolving around stealing.
Q. I don't like my adoptable anymore. Can I get a refund?
A. You are welcome to see if I would buy your adoptable back, but if I don't want to, there are no refunds. You may resell it though, and you are welcome to trade it away or gift it to a friend. Just be sure to tell me who you give it to.
Q. Can I make my own [insert species here]?
A. Sorry, but all species on this account are closed, which means you are not allowed to make your own. The only way you are able to get one is from me via adopting or ordering a custom. The only exception in this case would be if I created a Make Your Own event in the future.
