(Btw, there's no rules for what I did being against DA in journals I just discovered. Info:

JOURNAL RULES:
DeviantART allows the greatest possible range of expression in personal journals and as a result there are few rules or prohibitions governing personal journals.

Understand that there are children and those underage that enjoy deviantART just as much as you do. Therefore, be conscious of posting images that may have content which would be harmful to a younger person.

It is against policy to post anything that would be considered pornography in your personal journal, whether it be image or textual.

You may not post hate propaganda or libelous or defamatory information in your journal.

You may not use your journal to display unfiltered images which are considered to be Mature Content

Journals which are found to be violating these rules will be subject to removal by the deviantART staff without notice. ))))

Ok, so we've got a lot of dipshits thinking that http://demon-aleena.deviantart.com/ is really my secret account. K, so if they think it belongs to me so much, why don't you ask a DA admin from DeviantArt
if our accounts match hm?

Ever thought about tying that? The most obvious method in the book? For those who still think it, come back and tell me what they say.

I'm 100% sure they'll say:

"These accounts don't match at all"

EDIT: Now i see the reason for people thinking it's me, because the account used an old email I stop using years ago, Sapphirusdracasdragon@yahoo.com. Yahoo emails expire after 4 months of inactivity. Though I stopped using it for years.

My main email will and always will be LilDottiejr@aol.com. Been using that email since i was 11 lol. Sad, i know.

^^

As for the news on my bann, just still wiating for DA admin to respond back to my reply, though she's taking 100 years to do it. *yawn*

god i had to make an account on this stupid fucking website just for this
also in b4 tl;dr XD

first off, im 100% sure the da admins will NOT disclose information like that because it violates their tos. they cannot discuss reasons behind bannings with other members of the website, even if its one of you own alternative accounts, da has no way of knowing that.
and furthermore, da doesnt track or display ip addresses anywhere on their website, which is also the reason why they cannot ip ban/block someone from commenting/harassing you on deviantart. the only way they track people is through email addresses and others testimonials. the reason they dont do this is because the admins are morons and they think its against the law to view someones private ip address- they think its a fucking social security number.
thus, the only way they could link your account and the other persons account is through your email addresses, which is pretty much saying you both had the exact same email address. you couldve changed it by now, which you probably have to save your own ass, but at the time all of this happened, you both had the same email. honestly, i think youre the same people, but its not that hard to go to your front page and copy the email address you probably displayed on there, go to the lost password page, click i forgot my account and submit in that email to confirm thats the email you were using on your da, then make an account with that email just to fuck with you. thats why you should publically display your email/aim/msn/what the fuck ever information on ANY website because there will always be people out to get you.
you should know this after "SO MANY YEARS" of harassment from ed/4chan/furcadia/whatever else youve drug yourself into.

also, there is basically a 1% chance of you getting unbanned from deviantart. just because you were oblivious to the rule/it was your first offense it doesnt mean that youll get special privileges for violating it. the very last thing you do when you sign up for the website is click that little box that says you have read and understand their TOS and you agree to follow it. thus, deviantart holds you accountable for any of your actions taken on the website and by checking that box you DID read the tos, although you really didnt.
my advice is to get over it and move on because apologizing to the da admins isnt really going to get you anywhere, i can promise you that. theyre basically going to say sux shouldve read da rulez.

Your text will fall on deaf ears/blind eyes/incapacitated neurons, you know.

Obviously, if Sapphy were capable of learning from her many, many mistakes or from the experiences she's been through with trolls and the like, she would have simply stopped attempting to draw and destroyed any access to the internet she was able to get her enormous self to. She hasn't, so obviously, the message has been lost on her.

i know ): it depresses me to know that she refuses to take anyones advice- i dont know why i keep trying to explain things to her and i really wish she would just listen for once. theres a difference between being smart and ignoring people and being a complete ingrate.
hopefully shell read my text this time and not respond with *yawn* tl;dr XDD

Learning is for the weak like you, I already know what's going on. So Stop trying to act like to "big internet tough guy" because you're obviously failing and only in it for the attention.

  Hahaha oh wow.

ITT Sapphy deletes a journal and reposts it in an attempt to rewrite history!

Because, you know, that's not suspicious AT ALL.

Also, if you don't use that e-mail anymore, than why did you say you got 3 e-mails saying that someone had made an account with that e-mail. Besides, why are you even making a fuss over this when the real reason you got banned is because you asked for someone to burn you a (ILLEGAL) copy of XP in exchange for art. And, as redpyramids said, that's against the rules you agreed to follow. Harassment and breaking the rules is one thing, but you did something that's potentially illegal and could get dA into a LOT of trouble. I will be SERIOUSLY surprised if they let you back.

Regardless, good job totally making yourself look completely and utterly suspicious when you're trying to say I'M NOT GUILTY.

Because they tried to get me to approve it with that email address before they made the new one up with the email I abandoned years ago. Someone told me finally what email they confirmed the account with.

Now that you were immature about your comments along with other idiots, you lost my respect.

Don't you love it when liars get caught in their own retardedly-spun web of deceit? I know I do.

It's like she thinks if she keeps saying her ban was someone else's fault for hacking her old, supposedly defunct email address and impersonating her for harassment purposes, everyone (including the DA admins who already handled her ban and told her the actual reason for it) will suddenly forget the facts and believe her addlepated story.

That's how 3 year olds think, not 20-somethings.

Just like how she thinks she'll somehow get an exception made for her case and her appeal will win her her account on DA back, when she not only did something illegal that DA could potentially be held liable for, REPEATEDLY, but she's also been the catalyst and direct cause of so many drama shitstorms on that site, I'm sure they've been waiting for a good, justifiable opportunity to get her ass punted across the internet for years now.

Leave it to a mutant rainbow blob to dig their own grave and then do the gravekeeper a service by burying themself, amirite?

I asked someone to confirm the email they were using and to be suprised, it was the one I abandoned 3 years ago (Sapphirusdracasdragon@yahoo.com), and they told me Yahoo makes the username/email available again for another to use if it's been abandoned for over 4 months. Which was the email I used for gaming situations temporary and ened up ignoring.

That's how the person got me, because people knew i used that email for a while. But they don't know that I ignored it/abandoned it long ago, I don't even remember the password for it.

Also, you're too scared to find out that i'm telling the truth is the excuses you all are making. So don't even try it. DA WILL tell you if our accounts match or not, I do it all the time when I report people.

I can delete a journals if I want to, it's my account.

  Under DA's Terms of Service:
http://about.deviantart.com/policy/service/

"19. Conduct

(...)

You agree not to use the Service:

1. for any unlawful purposes;
2. to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable;"

Let's not mince words here. Anybody who's a reasonable, sane adult knows that ASKING for warez in a public forum, such as DA, is against the ToS of pretty much every website that requires user sign-up. Even if you didn't know, while they don't specifically outline the word "warez" in the ToS, the highlighted portions above show that someone with basic grade-school reading comprehension and knowledge of what "illegal" and "unlawful" mean would know that software piracy would fall under that aegis.

As for the "Journal Rules" - ummm...you DO realize that ToS supercedes all other rules below it, right? This is simple, common knowledge stuff here.

"Btw, there's no rules for what I did being against DA in journals I just discovered."

Actually, Sapphy, there is a rule. It's mentioned right in the Help Desk, and in the terms of service (as Ramensnax pointed out). It does not matter if whether or not you actually read the rules; you signed them, therefore, you are to be held accountable.
