It would send all the answers into a Google version of an Excel Spreadsheet so you can keep a track of every commission, when it was placed, et cetera. This one only took like 10 minutes to set up. I've noticed there are more customisation options for the look so you could add your own pictures to the background, change the colours, the type, add in different question types.
