When ordering/asking for a commission
When commissioning me there are some rules that I *NEED* you to abide by.
If these are not kept to, there may be an added charge - I have put these here for YOU, for YOUR protection and to make sure I don't have to charge anyone extra. I don't like doing it. So PLEASE be sure to read these thoroughly before commissioning me!
- Make a bullet point list of every single thing you want. EVERYTHING. If you forget something when making the list, and then mention it after the work has been started (Past the sketch stage), there will be a charge for changes between $10 -$50 depending on complexity.
NOTE; If it's something I have forgotten, and I'm at fault, I will of course make the changes, no added charge and offer my immediate apologies.
- You have 3 free-of-charge changes/tweak/edits, any more requested after this will be charged at between $10 -$50 depending on complexity. (Changed on 28/03/23)
- If a character's markings are overly dark, I *will* have to lighten them a shade or two, otherwise It will affect my lines/shading/technique and overall ruin the image.
NOTE; If you would like your character to be made darker still, I will do this for you for your own personal use - but in my uploads I will likely use the altered lighter version. I always want to post my best work, and sometimes something so minute can really affect the aesthetic and composition of a piece.
- Unless you are completely sure on what you want, don't expect me to start the commission. By all means let me know you're interested so I can reserve a spot for you; but don't expect me to start until I have a full list of details and know exactly what you want. This saves from having to make additional charges later on if you think of something you suddenly want after I've already moved past the sketching stage.
- If any of the ToS rules are broken more than partway through a commission by the customer, you are no longer liable for a full refund and are subject to possible termination of the commission. You will be refunded a percentage of your payment equal to what remains uncompleted of the commission, and you will be sent a .png image of the work that *has* been completed.

Unfortunately, the more I'm badgered, the more I lose my motivation to continue. You are likely in a queue, and I try to get commissions completed within a timely manner, queue depending.
If I am not fast enough for you, please ask for a refund and go elsewhere - I will be happy to do this for you :)
- I enjoy maintaining a friendly working relationship with my commissioners, and if you are unhappy with the service I am providing, Please let me know.
I will be happy to discuss with you ways in which you think I could improve or to listen to the ways in which you are unhappy so I can take this on board for future clients. If it transpires that you no longer wish to work with me, and you would like a refund - please let me know as soon as possible. And I will arrange a refund for you, equal to the amount of work left uncompleted. Or a full refund if work has not yet started.
Payment Options
There are a few payment options you can choose from;
- Provided there is a full list of details (And/Or reference image), Full payment can be made immediately.
- Provided there is a full list of details (And/Or reference image), Half of the payment can be made at the start; the rest at the end.
- Provided there is a full list of details (And/Or reference image), Other methods may be discussed privately and PRIOR to starting the commission.
IF YOU BACK OUT:
If you decide to back out after a commission has been started, again there are some rules.
- If the commission is halfway completed, you may only receive half of your original payment. (If agreed that half was to be paid at the start and the end, you will not incur further charges, nor will you get your money back; due to time and effort put into the piece.)
You will be sent the .png file of the work that has been completed so far.
- If the commission is fully completed and you decide you don't want it anymore; you are liable for full charge (no refund); for the same reasons as above.
You will be sent the full resolution completed piece, the piece will be posted to my gallery, and you can do with the piece what you like.
- If the commission is fully completed and you do not have the money to pay for it; unless discussed otherwise you will have ONE week to pay the existing balance of the commission. If within this period you do not pay, I have full rights to do with the image what I like. Including selling on/Re working into a YCH, or selling as a Print.
Refunds
If a refund is needed or given, these are the rules to go along with it.
- 100% refund conditions (for all art commissions): I didn't start the image at all or I revoke the commission for not having the time to do it.
- 50% refund conditions (excluding: sketches, linear, icon, ): I started refined sketch and lining.
-25% refund conditions (excluding: sketches, linear, icon, and flat colors): I finished the linear art and started the coloring, possible shading. Or for painted pieces, the paints have been roughed in and I am beginning to render out
This is a safety net for the time and effort I put into the artwork.
Surcharges
Negotiable (Depends on extensiveness): For something out of my element (something I've never drawn before or attempted completely)
Negotiable (Depends on extensiveness): Charge for alterations after the work is done and completed. This will only happen if this was not on my part. You have to be very clear, LIST THINGS not paragraphs. Lists are your friends :D

Payment
In USD or GBP
You will be sent an invoice with all commission details, once payment has been sent, I will start work immediately.
TERMS OF USE
- Both I and the client have the right to publish the picture that was commissioned on their FurAffinity profiles, DA account - or other sites.
- If posted anywhere else please credit me back to this account. I might ask for updates to know where the piece is posted, Link needed. (I care about my work, and do frequently scan images through the internet to check that they are not where they shouldn't be).
- Please do not alter or redistribute for a profit.
-Do Not REMOVE My Signatures.
-If it is linear and you want to color it yourself, or have someone else color it, go for it; but credit for the lines is a must and again signatures must not be removed.
- I have the right to deny any commission if I am not comfortable working on it.
By commissioning me, and sending payment, I will assume you have read and accepted my Terms Of Service. If you have not, this is unfortunately down to you.
My ToS is linked on my main FA page, and it is your responsibility as a customer to make sure you have read and agreed to it.
I will ask if you have read my ToS in the notes prior to starting a commission when details are being discussed.
