LOLOL I have no time at all to post this on a journal, it would kick my buns to reply to it all so I will do it for you. Elbrech is by far my most developed character (He is a black/purple dragon with a human form as well), so here we go:

1. What is your name?
Elbrech. My last name is unimportant and prefer not to use it. Just Elbrech or L is fine.

2. Do you know why you were named that?
I was named in the style of the village in which my mother was born. An old German town, long gone. A dated form of the German, Albrecht.

3. Single or taken?
*chuckles* I have been married for over 30 years, I am quite happily taken. *Looks around for Drayke* he's off again. Busy with something.

4. Have any abilities or powers?
I have many. I prefer to be a healer and herbalist above all. I was born with inherant control over necromantic energies; but I choose to only use that in dire need. It's use is not greatly appreciated by the world at large.

5. Stop being a Mary Sue![/s]
Ahahahaha! I am hardly that. Just ask Drake, oh, he may be biased. No, I have never considered myself such, and probably for the better.

6. What's your eye color?
A warm grey. Always has been. I take after my father, but that is not something I am proud of.

7. How about hair color?
Black as a raven, though I am noticing more grey lately. Troubling, I should look into the cause.

8. Have you any family members?
I am sadly the only son of my father, my mother is... passed... for many years now. I have no siblings that I am aware of. I hope my lineage dies with me - er, excuse me I trailed off; it is a long story that I rather not share.

9. Oh? How about pets?
I have 6 cats - 7 if you include my totem. I have had to store them in my dimensional tower and visit whenever I can. I travel far too much to keep them otherwise. One of the perks of graduating from the wizarding academy, I suppose.

10. That's cool, I guess. Now tell me something you don't like.
Black dragons. *gets angry for a moment* and people who judge thoughtlessly. They cause so much pain in the world. Other than that, sociopaths, murderers, deviants... people who make the world a darker place to live in. I can handle most the rest.

11. Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do?
I am an artist, I brew potions/healing concoctions. I am actually versed in many martial skills that I practice here and there, but for the most part Drayke fills that role. I read; often. Magical tomes or books of no import, honestly. It's very peaceful. I enjoy a great many things, especially new/intriguing activities. I collect hobbies as I go.

12. Have you ever hurt anyone in any way before?
Absolutely. In life that tends to happen, especially as old as I am and the life that had been forced upon me for a time. I think that's true for everyone; they hurt people regardless of intention; that is our nature. I will say that I overextend myself trying to be peaceable for the most part, but that is what I want to do.

13. Ever… killed anyone before?
Too many. Too many reasons to explain; what can I say? Have I killed anyone with hate in my heart? Yes. One. And I will never do so again if I can help it.

14. What kind of animal are you?
Animal? I wouldn't consider myself an animal, though I do love them. I would say if I were to be anything, I'd prefer to stay human. Someday you may see my other side, but I shant speak of it now.

15. Name your worst habits.
Worrying. Worrying and overextending myself. I try too hard, worry too much. I am hard on myself often for this - Drayke is there to stop me - but I inevitably fall to it again and again. Apparently I'm loveable enough to have someone stick by me despite that for so long, so I wish my mind would let me be.

16. Do you look up to anyone at all?
I would say I look up to my partner and my mother. Drayke is strong in ways that I am so plainly not, and yet he is compassionate and understanding enough to look past our differences to a degree where he has an appreciation I just do not possess. I have been with him for so long, but I have never been able to be like him, so he stands an idol for me. Reminds me to appreciate life. My mother.... despite everything done to her, she was there for me until the bitter end, and I will never forget her resilience and compassion in the face of extreme adversity.

17. Are you gay, straight, or bisexual?
I dislike labels, but plainly I am gay, to my late father's incredible distaste. I have been far too tortured for it, for an issue I find immensely minimal. Character matters above all.

18. Do you go to school?
School? Heh. I have not actually been asked that before. I have not been in a teaching institution for many many years now. I consider myself very learned, but I never stop learning. I appreciate the lessons life teaches us.

19. Ever want to marry and have kids one day?
I am married. Kids? No, never. It would be difficult to say the least, in my situation, but honestly... lineage/passing on genes/raising children... lets just say my childhood was non-existant. Any joy I could've had, wasn't there. Sadly, fully grown now, I cannot even imagine raising a child. I don't have any fond memories of love, or excitement; just the burning need to grow strong enough to escape my situation. Drayke has an immense love for children and has interacted with them often; he seems like he would be a good father. I feel as uncomfortable with that as I feel admiration. He has a freedom of spirit I have yet to find again. Perhaps children, someday. We would of course need a surrogate to give birth to the child, which makes me uncomfortable.

20. Do you have fangirls/fanboys?
Fans? I do not know of what you speak. Do I have admirers? I very certainly do, but far more enemies. Mostly I am a traveler, I help people. I am sure I seem the hero, but some who come to know me, judge quick and ask no questions. It is not often that I find a true friend, and if I do, I am not in the region long enough for it to take.

21. What are you most afraid of?
My father, my home. He is dead... I am sure of it. But in the back of my mind a lingering fear that he has risen again and will come to torment myself and others is always present. I was born with necromancy, and he was proficient in ways I will never be. If I ever see him again, it will be in unholy undeath, and my worst nightmares will be vividly born into the world.

22. What do you usually wear?
I usually dress rather elaborately. One thing I did love about the wizards is their flare for the nearly flamboyant. I wear a lot of purple, as it is my favorite color, richly embroidered in layers of dark colored robes. If I have to do physical labor, I will indeed dress plainly, but I avoid that as magic drains me plenty; I don't see the need to do much in the way of physical.

23. What's one food that tempts you?
What a funny question... I rather enjoy the spicy stewed elk that is the specialty of Drayke's clan. They pride themselves on the flavor and robustness of their food - which is quite appropriate to their culture - and I feel it's as invigorating and interesting as they are.

24. Am I annoying you?
Not annyoing me, no. I do fear I am rambling a bit overmuch. *shrugs*

26. What class are you (low class, middle class, high class)?
I grew up in the highest of riches, but I do not know if I am part of any class now. I am myself, I belong to nothing but my partner, and I travel. I suppose I would have to settle somewhere permanently to have the lable of a living class.

27. How many friends do you have?
Very few. I prefer people rich in character and heart. I am far, far away from others who may appreciate me, but they are close to my heart.

28. What are your thoughts on pie?
Ha! Pie? Well. I prefer it a good deal more than cake at least.

30. Favorite drink?
I really prefer exotic teas, honestly. It's a funny thing, Drayke can drink in the taverns with the best of them, but I prefer drink not at all, and I'm often the butt of jokes, in the corner of a booth, sipping at my tea, a blend of oolong/jasmine mostly. Could I be more girly at times? Hahaha I do not aspire to it but I admit when I appear that way; it is indeed humorous.

31. What's your favorite place?
I enjoy beauty and uniqueness. I prefer the out of doors, I enjoy the sun, exotic landscapes, and caves! Actually caves may be my favorite places to be. I can find many gems/minerals that can be containers for power there, nevermind their attractive appearance. I think exploration is perhaps my favorite above all. Experiencing new places.

32. Are you interested in anyone~?
My mate, always. I have never desired to... share him with anyone else. Why ruin that intimacy?

34. Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean?
Hmm.... it depends on the temperature. I become ill rather easily. Though the ocean tends to be both more visible and more diverse than a lake.

35. What's your type?
Type? My preference in a mate, I assume. Well. I find it funny that I found everything I wanted in my mate. I was alone for a very very long time and met him by chance. Honestly I was near death when he found me. He is extremely tall, strong, kind, and wise. Most of all he is loyal and has a joy for life. I find heart the most attractive, however... I won't deny he is... his physical presence is quite nice as well.

36. Any fetishes?
Fetishes? *blushes deeply* I ... I may not be able to answer. I haven't given it that much thought, honestly!

37. Seme or uke?
*slightly uncomfortable* I do not speak of our relationship openly, often. I would say if anything, I am mostly the "woman" in the relationship. He does call me Brecca, which is the feminine form of endearment. However, if the mood changes, I am not at all opposed to being dominant. It is an entirely different feeling emotionally as well as physically, and I can see the need to experience both at times. Drayke is very much the man, and I respect his needs. It's actually hard to picture him in the reverse role *blushes even deeper* oh.. I shant explain it further.

38. Camping or indoors?
I camp outdoors most of the time. I do very much enjoy the pleasantries of a good home, but often if I am indoors it is of deep political import, so I find I can't relax very easily; nevermind gossip. Having a man as a mate does not go over well anywhere, really. It is still very surprising to me, as there are so many horrors in this world; why should loving someone be an issue, ever? Alas it is. You're either "womanly," a "deviant," or "wrong in the head," according to most of humanity. I appreciate tolerance to a high degree; I wish it was more prevalent.

Did you use to RP with him or something, for him to have such an extensive story?

He's been my character for... 14 years? I dunno I kinda just kept ideas for him my whole life. He was just an OC I had in the back of my head for forever. :3

Thats neat. None of my OCs get terribly detailed backstories unless its needed for an RP. Like this version of my Kira. She just... came into being XD

Awe I see! I suppose I had in mind to RP with him/Drayke at some point. But never got the chance. This was a very fun way to do it. :3

I have another version of Kira with a big complicated backstory of course.... the Kira I RP with is like..... hundreds of years old and has so many stories XD

Awe! Elbrech I believe... he is now... 268 years old. Drayke is 250 wow right on the dot too. Yeah they are cute, but there are times in their past where they have had to be ultra serious, times they were captive, times their lives were unbearable, etc.. they've been through a broad range of things which I think is what makes them my favorite; they're pretty well rounded after all that. The worst time was when they were separated for years; neither of them did well without the other.

I really should work on writing out their story and not keep it in my head for forever. :3
