TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to the following.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, I will take payment up front. This is using paypal only. No e-cheques or payment that will take time to process will be accepted, though you can always ask if you're not sure.
PROCESS
Note me with your interest, include as many details as necessary, though I do prefer to just be given a character and to have free reign. Make sure any special requests are made clear, as changes may cost extra once the piece is completed.
I do not offer WIPS unless previously asked, as once I start a commission I like to get it finished in one sitting.
There is no set dedline on a commission unless you ask first and I will tell you if I can stick to it or not before I accept your commission. I can go from same day completion to a longer time depending on my personal life and other aspects - so while I'm usually speedy sometimes I can also take longer. You will always get your commission no matter what. I will not accept a commission and not follow through, just know that sometimes I'm not the quickest. If you need it fast, tell me beforehand.
You can request for your commission to be private for a small additional cost, where I will not post to my gallery.
WILL/WON'T
I will draw most things. I'll let you know if I'm unfamiliar with a subject and you can decide from there if you trust me or not.
The only real things I won't draw is illegal subject matter, such as under age characters in adult situations.
If you're not sure, just ask! I don't bite.
REFUNDS
Once a commission is started, I will never offer a full refund.
The only circumstance in which a full refund will be offered is if I feel I cannot complete your commission for any reason, or it has yet to be started.
In the event of harassment or abusive behaviour from a client (I'm sure this won't happen but just in case) I reserve the right to refuse to continue on the commission with a part refund.
PERMISSION
You are allowed to repost art for you wherever you like with credit to me and a link to my page. You are not permitted to use the art for profit unless cleared with me beforehand.
I reserve the right to upload my artwork to any of my galleries.
