CHU's ART RAFFLE: SEPTEMBER's WINNER

So like i said on a previous JOURNAL,
I'm going to start doing this RAFFLES once again, however with a small twist. The way to claim a TICKET for the raffle will be by getting a WEEKEND CHUMMISSIONs. Just like that, and if you get several CHUMMISSION then you get several Tickets.
By the end of each Month, I will count the Tickets and then run the RANDOM.ORG shuffler and get a winner.
That winner will get a [ DIGITAL.VECTORS // 8.5 IN. X 11 IN. 300DPI ] pic by me. So if you are the winner be sure to expect surprise ART from me <3
And the Winner will be announced on tonight Stream :P Which I already know who HE is :P GUESS WHO while im drawing him something :P
