Is there a pay scale type thing for this or just outrageous offers for toony antics?

My idea is a toony waist up thing with Veruca http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13175303/ examining her arm which is curled in an impossible way because toon physics means elbows mean nothing with how arms work.
