Hello everyone,

Here is the next journal discussing phase 3 of the Holiday Party logistics.

In this journal I will be discussing the gift exchange game, donations, item requests, & volunteers

Like the last journal, it will be more summed up (to the point)...

First up, we have the the gift exchange game. This was done by last year at the MNFurs Holiday Party. I want to bring this fun activity to our Holiday Party. Below is a Dropbox link to the requirements and how to play.

I also want to know who wants to participate in this so I can get a count. Who is interested in this?

Next up, there will be a donations jar at one of the tables in our reserved room. This event cost an amount so any donations towards this will be appreciated. You can donate $1, $5, $10, whatever you want.

Third topic deals with item requests...The venue is going to supply us with some round tables for eating and a couple to place food items on. Chairs will be provided as well. I do have a couple requests though for some attendees if they wish.

- Can someone bring along an extra box fan for suiters?
- 1 or 2 extra foldout tables for food, beverages, and misc items?

On the final topic, I am going to be talking about volunteers...Every event needs to have some to help with grunt work. I plan to arrive about 30-45 minutes early as I want to get everything arranged in our room accordingly. With this I will need some assistance prior, during, and as the party winds down.

Can I possibly get 2-3 volunteers?
