DINER MEET: NOVEMBER 7TH 2014 @ 7PM at the Town Line Diner, Rocky Hill CT

This is our regular first-Friday CT Diner run to the Town Line Diner in central CT (Rocky Hill). People tend to show up around 7pm and stay until 10 pm and later. Sometimes much later. Look for the tables in the back full of people with ears and tails.
--from Southbound I-91 take a Left at the end of the ramp of exit 24.
--from Northbound I-91 bear Right off the ramp of exit 24.
-go Left at the light for Town Line Road (the first left that isn't a highway entrance ramp)
-pass a plaza entrance on the Left.
-take a Left into the next plaza
-The Town Line Diner will be the first left after entering the plaza.
P.S.
Remember, this is a family restaurant with children present. Please be considerate and keep the noise and language civil. Don't make our hostess angry. You wouldn't like her when she's angry.

BILLARDS MEET - NOVEMBER 15 2014 @ 6:30 PM in Southington CT

Ever play pool in your fursuit? Want to? Then come down to the 3rd fursuit billiards meet! You don't need a fursuit to come and play though.....anything is welcome :) There will be fans available to cool down the suiters, as well as cold ice water too.
There is a bar on the premises and alcohol will be available for an additional fee.....as well as food for an additional fee.
There is a small game room and if you would like tokens for the game room, go see the front desk. Part of the deal we get is for game room tokens as well.
It's 15.95 per person. That includes 3 hours of pool, soft drinks, and game room tokens.
After the billiards meet is over we will go over to Denny's across the street for some food if anyone would like to attend.
Please arrive around 6:30 to allow time for suiting up and set up, our time starts at 7pm exactly and ends at 10pm. Last time it went by really fast and I barely got to play any pool lol.
Our 3 hours is up at 10pm and a Denny's meet will follow. Denny's is two blocks away from Shooters.

I want to go see Big Hero 6 tomorrow, and was thinking we could get a group of CT furs to go see it. Know of any good movie theaters in the area that play it late that night? Perhaps in 3D?

sadly i wont be able to make either. I was all ready to come to the diner meet tonight, bt something came up and forced me home. I am so heart broken, I wanted to meet new people, try some new food (EVEN THOUGH I WAS ABSOLUTELY PETRIFIED AT THE IDEA OF BEING WITH A GROUP OF STRANGERS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT) BUT SADLY i WONT BE ABLE TO

Don't worry, there's always next month! We hold diner meets on the first Friday of every month and the people who attend them are very friendly. I understand being afraid of new people, it's a problem I face myself, but the friends here will treat you like family.
