Terms Of Conditions

I do my best to give you the best piece possible, and keep a good connection. As well as remain easy to work with. Your imagination is my goal of creation.

By sending me payment, you have agreed and read all terms of my service.

Commissions
- Work in Progresses can be made available so long as at least half the commission has been paid.
- Any Unclaimed or Unwanted Sketches I draw are my property. I retain the right to do with these as I wish. This includes but is not limited to: Auctions, YCH’s, Resale, Personal Art, Destruction.
- I retain to refuse a commission based for any reason including, but not limited to: Poor Communication, Rude or Inappropriate Behavior, Hate Related, or I just choose not to.
- All parties of the picture must agree to be within the picture before any art starts. Exceptions for Gift Art.
- All poses final after Sketch Phase
- I retain the right to post any and all commissions I create on my personal and public Galleries.

Prices
- I retain the right to refuse commissions should they not be able to pay full price up front invalidly
- Payment upfront is ALWAYS prefered
- Paypal takes tax unless sent as for family and friends. You may be asked a few dollars more to copensate for the tax so I get the full amount.
- Prices are subject to Negotiation, but will never fall below the base price of the commission
- Prices may vary from listed examples based on complexity of requested piece.
- There is a 35% Commissioner Fee which is NOT REFUNDABLE!
- There is a 75% Completion Fee to any Picture that is near completion which is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Payment
- Payment must be given upfront. I will only start when I confirm payment has been received.
- All Sales are Final.
- Once money is received by me, Commissioner Fee is automatically set in place.


Communication
- All Inquiries involving commissions must either be sent via FurAffinity Notes, or through kinney_brittani[at]yahoo.com
- You must provide me with either a visual or text reference of the desired character. Any detail not in the Reference will be ignored unless otherwise specified.
- I Retain the Right to Cancel and Refund your commission should you prove to be impatient, annoying, rude, or a pain to work with in general.

Miscellaneous
- For Traditional Badges, I require shipping and handling is covered as well as time to send badge. You may request tracking information, but once out of my hands the Picture is no longer my responsibility. No Refund will be issued for lost parcels.
- If you choose to sell ownership of the character in any piece I draw, you may sell it only if you A) Paid for the original Commission and B) Sell it for no more than the original price of the Commission.
- Personal Events and Emergencies that stop me from drawing take priority.
- You may color Sketches or Line Art so long as my Credit Remains. Any Alterations to the Line or Sketch Work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- You May Repost Commissions so long as I am given proper credit.
- I Retain the right to Draw Personal Art
- Any and all Terms on this form are subject to change without any notice or warning.
