My terms of service regarding adopts.
When you buy something from me, you are agreeing to these terms. If you did not read them the full way through, that is not my problem.
-I only accept full upfront(Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon by me & the customer) payment through paypal, through my paypal.me link. This is the only way I accept payment. Do not ask to send it any other way. It's just the easiest for both me & the customer.
-I am almost always willing to make minor changes to an adopt(Hair/eye color changes, marking color or placement changes, marking removal etc.) but more major changes(Hair style change, gender change, body type change) may warrant a small fee.
-I am allowed to refuse service to you for any reason.
-I do not accept returns on adopts for any reason what so ever. You may sell an adopt once is in your possession, but not for more money than you bought it for unless you have additional art of said character.
-You are allowed to post my art anywhere you like(Facebook, Tumblr, Deviantart, Weasyl, etc.) as long as credit is given.
-Once you have paid for an adopt you may change the design as you see fit.
-Once you pay for an adopt it is yours to do with what you wish. Including but not limited to: roleplay, art commissions, art creations, written material, & fursuits.
-I do not limit my creations. You may commission any kind of art you wish please with your new character.

-I am allowed to refuse service to you for any reason.
-My refund policy is that I give refunds based on what is already completed. If 50% of something is completed, you will get a 50% refund.

-Complex characters might warrant a fee. The fee depends on the complexity the character and the piece although it usually will not go over $5. If you are not sure on the character, note me.
-To commission me, you must agree that you are at least 16 years or older. I will not sell NSFW or pornographic art pieces to minors(people under 18) under any circumstances. If I find out you have lied to me about your age, I will give you a refund, blacklist you, & revoke your rights to your piece.
I will NOT draw(updated as of 1.28.16):
-Any bathroom fetish(Vomit, scat, piss, etc.)
-Pregnacy.
-Vore of anykind
-Diaper furs(Children are okay, just not fetish children.)
-Underage charaters in sexual situations.
-Rape/sexual assault
-Copyrighted characters(MLP, pokemon, etc.).
-Someone elses character without their permission(Surprises for friends can be exceptions)
-Art that discriminates against another group of people.
-Hyper
-Taurs/ferals(I feel I need more practice.)
-Birds/lizards/horses(Also more practice!)
