CONTACT
At the current time, I may be contacted through FurAffinity notes. This is the easiest way for me to keep track of everything. Let me know if you would like to contact me in other ways, and I will see if I can accommodate it.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
You must be 18 in order to purchase art from me, or have permission from your legal guardian. Pornographic and suggestive images will not be sold to minors. If you are a minor and you attempt to commission a pornographic image, I will not complete a commission for you.
CONTENT: I will draw almost anything, but I won't do:
X babyfurs/diaper furs
X underaged characters (in sexual situations)
X scat/watersports/vomit
X inflation
X non-consensual
X derogatory work
X pregnancy
X soft/"safe" vore ("fatal"/violent vore is okay)
X hyper (macro/micro and chubby is okay)
I retain the right to refuse any subject, should I feel a need to do so.
On the other hand, I LOVE:
+ gore
+ monsters
+ skeletons
+ dragons
+ animatronics
+ male/male
+ bright or deep colors
+ wings
+ claws
+ twink boys
+ fire
And will be excited to draw these for you! Of course, these things aren't required - just fun for me to draw.
USAGE:
Art I have drawn for you may be displayed by you anywhere you choose, so long as it is posted with a link back to either my original upload of the piece or to my profile, with a written acknowledgement that it is my work. You may NOT use any of my art for commercial purposes (don't make money off of it in any way) UNLESS we have discussed this and I have agreed to it in explicit written terms.
However, feel free to use art you have commissioned from me for any of your own personal purposes. All art remains my art: I retain the rights to do as I please with it, including but not limited to posting it where I choose, using it as a portfolio piece, and making prints of it. HOWEVER, if a commission contains a character or design which is NOT of my own creation, I WILL ask you/the original owner permission to use said characters or designs if ever the desire for a print or other commercial use of said artwork arises. In short, I won't try to make money off of your characters.
PIXEL ART USAGE:
Any pixel art I have done for you follows the same rules as above. For tilesets, character sprite sheets, and other resources intended for use with RPGMaker games or for ANY use in video games or other media, you MUST include a readme containing a link back to my profile in the game's folder when released. You must also include my name (Shad_Noise or Shad Geist) in the game's credits, listed as "pixel artist." You may NOT use my pixel art for ANY commercial games unless you have discussed this with me and I have given you written permission.
Please be sure you have permission to use any and all characters involved in a commission. Characters from commercial work in which the creator(s) cannot be contacted are permitted, but in the event a company or artist requests that a character or franchise is not to be drawn for commission, I will NOT use these characters.
COMMISSION PROCESS + CHANGES
When slots are open, they may be claimed even without payment and will remain locked as yours until two weeks after they are claimed, at which point if they have not been paid, they will be reopened. Commissions begin once payment is received. At the moment, I do not take half or partial pre-payment for commissions. THIS MAY CHANGE.
I will show you a sketch of the commission for your approval, at which point I will be willing to change said sketch TWO times before continuing to the next stage. After the sketch has been approved, I will move on to the finishing stages (line art, coloring, and shading, depending on what is applicable.) TWO corrections may be made in this stage, but no major composition changes.
Once the commission is complete, I will post it online and will message you with a link to the finished piece. Once commissions are posted, I will not do any alterations to them unless you are willing to pay a fee for corrections, based on the time required to do so.
I work on commissions typically in order, but if I am working on something large I may finish smaller commissions in between working on large chunks of the bigger one.
PAYMENT + PRICING
All payment is currently being collected through PayPal. If you would like to pay in some other way, contact me.
Please specify for print (300dpi, CMYK) or for web (72dpi, RGB).
If you're not sure why there's a difference, this article explains the difference between RGB color and CMYK color.
Please refer to this sheet for commission prices and examples:

I can be flexible if you have a specific idea in mind and are not sure under which category it would fall.
