Hello everyone! I hope all of you are doing fine on this beautiful day!
As most know, holidays are coming up and that can cause a lot of stress for some people, but do not fear! We have some helpful tips to help you be less stressed this holiday season :3
STRESS LESS HOLIDAY TIPS
1 RELAX! The holidays can be a very stressful time for some but don't worry! Try to get everything you need to get done a few weeks ahead of the holiday.
weather it be cleaning (i'd recommend cleaning a few days before the holiday),presents,or anything else!
2 Leave some time to yourself! This can be hard sometimes, but try to make some time to just sit back and relax. Drink some tea, take a walk,watch a movie with someone you love, bundel up in some warm clothes or read a book!
3 Do something creative! Weather you think you can be creative or not try! Draw some pictures, Write a poem/short story, Take a try at crafting holiday decor!
4 Listen to music when you can! Music is a great way to deal with things and make you feel better! Listen to up beat happy/fast (or heavy which ever you prefer) songs! TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID SAD/DEPRESSING MUSIC
5 Don't worry about the little things! Focus on what you need to get done and get them done! The little things can be worried about later.
6 Make a schedule to manage your time. THis may not seem like a good idea, but if you follow it, it can help you a lot!
7 Enjoy your holiday!
