when (at this moment 4) rounds pass the people who continue will go to the next stage with a full belly/having beaten their foe.

as for WHEN we start? its when we get 8 people. or more XD
if we get something like 12, we will wait until we get 4 more o~o so we can have a good match up.
right now we only need 1 more person to enter to start it. (a 3~ish round tourney)
it will be in the form of "round 1 match 1-4"
then "round 2 match 1-2"
and lastly "round 3"
if so i guess i could count it.
