PRICES|QUOTES
Prices are only base prices, depending on your design it can be lower or higher, to find out an exact quote email me with a quote form filled in and it will be processed and replied to within 24 hours. Quotes are valid for 2 months prior given quote date, and after that a new quote may be filled in for an updated price. You can get a quote, and then decide whether or not to take a commission slot.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made by paypal. I can take payment in installements however this will delay your completion time, after accepting your commission slot you are required to pay a non refundable down-payment 30% of the quote price within 48 hours. I am fairly flexible with payments but please make an effort. Failure to make any kind of effort will result in your commission being cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
If you for some reason need to cancel your commission, everything but the 30% downpayment will be refunded.
SHIPPING
Buyer pays shipping, and I am shipping from Ireland. My shipping prices are a guarentee of being no more than $80. Anything over will be covered by me. Shipping must be paid in full before I ship and I am not responsible for any custom charges upon arrival of your package nor am I responsible for any damages of the parcel in transit.
WARRENTY
My suits have a 30 day warrenty upon arrival of your home, keep in mind you must pay for shipping and warrenty will not be valid if you make any alternations or repairs yourself, if your suit was misued and resulted in damaging. Suits must be cleaned and disinfected before shipping. I will not accept the warrenty if you want to return your suit because you're not satisfyed with how it looks please tell me through the building process if you want things changed.
CONCEPT ART
Concept art of your character is needed when emailing me for a quote. I do not accept written descriptions. You can use a base, commission someone or make one yourself. I will only use PG rated references please keep that in mind.
PROGRESS
I will keep you up to date with progress pictures through email, furaffinity, or twitter. You are welcome to express any changes or ideas you wish for your suit ( after all its being made for you ) and I will try to the best of my ability to apply the changes.
DUE DATES|TIME FRAME
I can do due dates if payment is given in full and the due date is told on the day of the commission please keep in mind I will not take on any due dates that are less than 2 months for completion time. Otherwise, my suits will be built on a time frame of 2-6 months.
ALLERGY WARNING
I am working in a pet loving home. I own a cat who does stay in the same room as the fursuit supplies.
