So,
I have free time, and I love to draw and make art.
As such, since I haven't gotten many com issions at all, I thought that I'd open up another free and art trade journal. : 3
The basic rules are simple;
Be polite,
Be patient,
Be respectful, both to me, other posters, and to yourself.

Check the comments for the "FREEBIES" and " ART TRADES" comments ( by me) and reply to them under which one you wish to apply fur. ^w^

I'll ask that you only sign up for one slot at a time in either category, but you can list as many characters as you want drawn in that slot for me to pick from. (I may drw only one, or I might draw multiple at a time.)

When you post, I'll look through your submissions (on this journal) and:

If you're asking fur a FREBIE:
draw your character (or pick one of the characters you listed to draw), ~BUT~, only if you follow the rules (or theirs an exception),
I feel that I can draw the character(s) and have fun,
and that you purromise (by posting here) to upload the file to your gallery with citations and link back to me when the piece is finished.

(For freebies, you give consent to draw your character(s) as I see fit and at my will.
You may: request a general or specific theme, rating, pairing, etc., ~BUT~ I will make the final decision on exactly what to draw.
(I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.)

You may -not-: Knit-pick non-consequential details (but asking me to fix major ones Is fine : 3), demand certain conditions, or get art with another's character without their purrmission.

You may -NOT- be rude, disruptive, or overly bothersome (please refrain from "stalking" for details for the piece. Asking politely once in a while is fine, but be patient, okay? TwT) Such behaviour will result in freebie/trade restriction or even being banned from getting free art or asking for trades.


If you're asking for an ART TRADE:
Contact you with details about the trade purrocess and to discuss what type of trade you wish to do.
Don't be shy, make an offur, and I'll either accept, deny, or make a counteroffur I think will suit us better. : 3 There's no penalty fur asking! ^w^

-IF- we ~BOTH~ agree to our trade terms, we will begin the trade as able.

For trades, you may offur already created art, characters, real life or virtual items, create an original piece of art, create art from a base/template, etc.
I am interested in drawings, sculptures, music, stories, crafts, costumes and accessories, games (video or otherwise), and many other things, so I encourage creativity with your trade offur! : D Even if you can't draw or compose, we can still make a deal. : 3

You may also:
request status/completion updates (Please be mindful that I'm in college, so I will have to work around my schedule)
Request changes (to be discussed in the terms)
Ask to create a certain thing/use a certain character for your part of the trade (disussed when I contact you the furst time : 3)
Contact me on skype, if you wish.

You may -not-
Back out of the trade once it is started (without my express purrmission after discussing why you wish to) This will lead to freebie/trade restriction. You will not be allowed to request anymore until I restore your rights.

FOR ART TRADES: Do NOT deliver your half of the trade before I finish my half. I will not send my half until your half is finished, also.
Unless I specifically state diffurently, these rules are final.


Art trades will have priority over freebies!!!
Freebies will be done as I wish to, and have time to, do them, and will likely be sketches, cleaned sketches, lines, chibis, or doodles. Anything more complex is at my discretion.

If you wish to have you freebie done sooner or quicker (orat a more complex level), I may set up a "Bribery scale" or some other system for you to use.
Since freebies are done at my leisure and discretion, they won't be furst come furst serve if many are requested t one time anyhow, so it will still be fair. : 3

TL; DR
Sign up for freebies under the "FREEBIE" comment, art trades under the "ART TRADE" comment
Be polite, be patient, be respectful.
I chose what to draw for freebies, but you can make suggestions.
Art trades take priority.
One request for either ( 2 total) at a time, please (but I might draw more than one character at a time, so list as many as you like ^w^).
Bribery might get freebies done quicker.
I'm in college, so I won't be the fastest, but I'll do what I can : 3
Cite and link back to me in your gallery when pieces are finished.
