Commission TOS and General Info

Current Prices can be found in the 'Commission Info' tab on my main page.
-Terms Of Service-
Pretty straight forward actually. :3 May add more as needed.
-Please do not repost my art, or claim my characters/ideas as your own.
-Commissions done by me may be reposted only by the commissioner, and with a small note at the bottom crediting me as the artist. (usually with a link to my FA page.)
-Please do not use my artwork for profit/selling.
-All commission prices are in USD.
-Payments are done through Paypal.
-When paying through Paypal, please make sure to mark it as digital only. None of my artwork is shipped, so please mark it as 'No Shipping Required'.
-I can send an invoice if there are any complications.
-I would like payment either once I have sent a WIP, or before finishing the image.
-Sketches, YCH, and Chibis are the exception, requiring the full payment up front.
-If you are more comfortable with just paying upfront, then that is also acceptable. :3
-You will receive the sketch for approval before any lineart happens. I need it approved before I move onto the next stage.
-Notes are checked several times a day, everyday.
-I will respond to notes as quickly as possible, but life does happen unfortunately.
(I am usually either still thinking of a response, or away from the computer, so no worries I am not ignoring you! :) )
-All finished images will have my signature. I don't give out images without one, sorry!
-Once completed, all images will be uploaded to my gallery.
-If you are waiting to give the picture to someone as a gift, and you don't want me to post it please let me know ahead of time!
(I wouldn't want to accidentally ruin the surprise!)
-IF I AM MAKING A REF SHEET FOR YOU: Please remain in contact with me during the process, as I tend to check in with my commissioners frequently to ensure that the final piece turns out correctly. If I have no contact, the ref goes on the back burner and I will work on other projects until I get a response. I have telegram, email, and the note system here on FA, I am not hard to get a hold of.

If you wish to receive a refund:
((Completed work will not be refunded!! If you have received a finished commission and approved the final artwork, there can be no refunds! ))
((If you would wish for a small edit i.e: changed eye colour/adding a tattoo, I am willing to negotiate, and may even make additions to your artwork for a small fee. ))
The amount refunded will have the current progress of the commission removed from it. For example, if you have asked for a refund and there is already a completed lineart, I keep the price of the lineart and the rest of the payment will be refunded.
