°○ Terms of Service ○°

**Before you commission me, know that I also work a 40+ hour/week job in addition to my art commissions. Thank you for understanding in advance.**
By reading these terms of service below, you agree to follow and honor them throughout the transaction. Please note that I am more skilled in cartoon style, "toony" animals.
I am good at drawing:
Toony, canines, dragons, expressions, almost any species, romance, couples. I love drawing transformation, pool toys, goo, and some inflation. I can draw copyrighted characters, but a commissioner is paying for the drawing itself. I do not claim any copyright to those characters in any way.
I am not so good at drawing:
Realism, anything mechanical, vehicles, fat furs, hyper-muscle.
Things I will not draw:
I CAN draw nudity, but it will be barbie-doll aka "fluff". No nipples, vaginas or penises. Ask for example if you would like.
No cub porn, intense vore, intense gore, water sports, scat, porn, mutilation. The best way to clarify anything is to ask me what I will or will not draw!
Visual References
I need to have a colored reference of your character such as a reference sheet or badge. If you have no art of your character I would love to create a design based off of your description, however a $10 creation fee will be added for researching. Exact species name required, and as many details as possible! I am not responsible for anything that you forget to tell me. Changes can be made up until inking is started, after that I cannot edit.
Payment Details
Full payment is expected upfront before I begin on a commissioned work. I accept Paypal for all commissions, or cash and credit card in person for works made at a convention or being picked up at a convention.
Shipping Details
Shipping for badges and illustrations is $5 within the USA. Unfortunately shipping does not include badge clips for the badges due to complications with the postal service. If you like you can pick up a box of badge clips at Walmart or another store for $1-$2.
If you are worried that your badge will be lost or damaged in the mail and you would like to purchase insurance for your mail let me know beforehand and we can set this up. But it has to be before I ship your item, there is nothing I can do after I leave the post office. This being said - once I have shipped your artwork it is out of my possession and out of my responsibility. If the artwork is lost or damaged by the post office, that is unfortunately the fault of the postal service. I cannot refund you for the artwork after the artwork has been completed. If you have received damaged products take it up with the postal service. Not with the artist.
Completion Time
Most commissions take many months. This is not due to a particular piece taking me months to make, but it is because I have a list to work through in order. It might take me time to get to your piece. Rest assured when it is time for your illustration the utmost attention to detail and hard work will be put in.
The price of any commission includes one round of small edits, (small adjustments like an expression or hair color) Any large edits, or redraws, or more than one round of edits will need a separate price quote in order to continue.
For peace of mind if a piece ever takes longer than 11 months you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. If you decide to take the refund after 11 months, simply email me and I will PayPal you the money back and remove you from the work queue. This has NEVER happened before, but I want you to know your art WILL be done within that 11 month period or your money back.
Order of Commissions
I do my best to do all commissions in the order they were taken. However, certain circumstances can prevent this. Lack of communication can cause a piece to be temporarily skipped. Once communication is found, I usually return to the commission that was put on hold. In general, I work on one entire convention's orders before moving to the next convention. (example: I will work on my AnthroCon commission list BEFORE beginning my Midwest Furfest commission list, because AnthroCon is earlier in the year and those orders were taken first). The only reason I will pull commissions to be worked on sooner is if there was a specified pick up date that the commissioner let me know about AS THE ITEM WAS ORDERED. I need at least one month notice to get a piece done for a certain due date, whether holiday, birthday, or convention. If you would like to speak to me a bout a pick up date, please do not hesitate to email me.
Refunds
I do not give full refunds on any of my completed artwork. After an artist has spent hours drawing a piece, they cannot get that time back, so please respect that this is my main source of income. If you are completely dissatisfied I can PayPal you back 25% of what you paid. PayPal will remove fees from what I send, be warned.
Artist Cancellations
I reserve the right, as the artist, to cancel any commission for any reason and issue the customer a refund, at any time. If I become uncomfortable with the subject matter, it is not right for me to complete a piece that no longer serves my business image. This has never happened before, but it is in my terms of service to clarify. If there is a lack of respect between customer and artist, OR harassment/spamming, I can also cancel for that reason.
Image Rights
I retain all copyrights to the images I draw. I have the right to put my artwork in my portfolio or make prints/t-shirts or other items if I choose to. You are allowed to post the commissioned piece on other websites as long as visible credit is given and my signature remains in-tact. You are NOT allowed to resell or create prints of the commissioned artwork (unless written permission is given beforehand). Please get my permission before paying another artist to color the image. I reserve the right to adapt the artwork for my personal use and/or sales of merchandise. I will never sell merchandise with your fursona, but the base idea of a commission may be used for my shop or dealer table.
