(Terms of Service)

Operation hours:
Due to the fact that I'm enrolled full time in school and have a part time job, I work on commissions when I have spare time daily. I will do my very best to finish orders within a week or two. If you'd like an update on your commission every few days just note me and I will keep you updated. I do not take rush orders.



Please note that these are general TOS terms.

When placing a commission, in your note, please also let me know the following, if applicable:
► Commission type (Chibi, sketch, line, etc)
► Details of what you want
► Reference image(s)
► If the piece is intended as a gift or should be held as a surprise until a certain time.
► If acceptable for me to upload the piece on multiple platforms (FA, Tumblr, etc)



Upon paying me for a commission, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
► My Terms of Service.
► If commissioning NSFW material, you are at least 18 years old.

All Commissions are to be paid in full once the sketch is approved by the commissioner. Unless it's a sketch commission in which the full amount will be paid before I email you the sketch file.



-WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

► Underage characters in adult/NSFW situations
► Diaperfurs
► Scat
► IRL beasitality
► Non-consent
► Necrophelia
► Incest
► Mechs
► Feral porn



-Contact:

If you have any questions, concerns, or commission orders please note me. The final commission file will be sent to you via email.



-References:

Please include a thorough reference photo(s) when placing your order. If there are any details not shown in your reference(s), please specify in your initial order form.



-Editing:

Unless it's a sketch commission, I will show you the sketch for revision. This is the only time I will change it. After the line art has been done I will not change it. Although if any of the colors are wrong I will revise it for no extra charge if it's reasonable (meaning if you're changing the entire color palette of a character, that is unreasonable).



-Uploading:

You're more than welcome to upload your commission wherever you please only if you credit me in the description. Please do not try to pass it as your own artwork. Don't be that guy.



-Private Commissions:

I will ALWAYS upload my work. If you would not like your name listed in the description that is completely fine as long as you notify me in the initial order form.



-Other Payment Options:

I ONLY accept paypal as a payment option, unless you are local and I am willing to work out a cash payment.



-Time Limit:

Depending on the complexity of the commission it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Digital paintings will take much longer, expect 3 weeks to a month. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I do not do rush orders. I am far too busy to falsely promise a rush order.



-Adoptables:

If you buy a character(s) from me, you have every right to change or do with them as you please. The piece of artwork that I give you HAS to be credited. Getting artwork of said character does not need to be credited to me. (If you want to notify me that art has been made of the character you bought, that's more than okay. I love seeing artwork of characters I've designed!)


-Auctions:

All auctions will have rules LISTED underneath them.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and the right to terminate a commission in progress. It is extremely unlikely, but if I feel that a termination of a commission is necessary I will issue a full refund.

You have the right to change your idea if I have not started on it. (Your character has changed or a relationship problem has happened, etc) Don't be afraid to approach me about changing your idea. You may not change said idea if i have started your commission. (Unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to start over, price may vary on how far I am into the commission.) Also if you change your idea to a more complicated image be prepared to pay extra for additional items not agreed on prior. Although if the change is small no extra charge will be necessary.




- (TOS) of viewing a sketch / fixing a piece:

All Commissioners are entitled to seeing a preview of your commission if it is requested. I do NOT give this option for sketches (only on the rare occasion that it involves content I am unfamiliar with).

Please specify what you want beforehand if you know you are picky. If you still want a major change be ready to pay for fees if I am half way through the commission itself.

The only time edits can be made is in the Sketch, solid sketch, and color overlay stage for paintings. For flats/shaded flats, edits can only be made when the sketch is down. Any part after that there cannot be ANY changes unless I made a major mistake in your characters design (wrong markings, colors, etc).

If I screw up on your picture when you told me what you wanted and I’m at fault, I will fix it! But only once, I can not afford to spend more time on a commission that is continually changing! If you want edits additional to whatever I screwed up on then refer to the prices above! Although if the problem is that it is a continuous error on my part no extra charges will be necessary.
