*sighs and is nervous* My cat is missing

I'm super worried. We can't find my cat Midnight anywhere. We searched the whole house top to bottom five times trying to find him, and we can't. We figure he snuck out some time after noon yesterday, but we just don't know. I am going to be typing up flyers to go around the neighborhood with, to see if I can't find him that way.
*sighs* I know he'll be fine, because he's an extremely smart and resourceful cat, but this is his first time being out on his own (he's been a housecat his whole life), and I'm just worried and missing him.

I just hope I can find him and get him home before New Years. I not only want to cheer in the new year with him, but also, we live near a liquor store that gets A LOT of drunks, and I don't want him to get hurt.
I really really hope I'll be able to find him soon. *crosses fingers*
