Keepin ya goin?

hey everyone whats happenin. An old question comes to mind. What is it that keeps ya goin and movin and groovin? Some would say music, and you'd be right about my end.
Music has always kept me goin. Hell right now I'm listening to Basshunter music, DOTA!!! I'm actually trying to figure out the deal of what music I'm gonna use come AC cause I might just sign up for the dance competition. Its gonna be wicked when ya got me shakin some tail up on stage. Was thinking of possibly doing a little bit of my Glow nunchaku raving but wit the right music to spin to. I know my kitty has his choice of music cause I play it for him while he spins his glowstaff.
My beats are something to really get me moving and speed raving. Sometime I gotta get a video of how my glow chucks handle. And I'll do it in suit. I'm damn quick when I use my kitty's glowstaff too ;) It pays to know how to handle a bow staff. Especially I bought a wooden staff thats pretty weighted so it gives us a bit of a challange and helps us with spinning the glow staff much quicker.
One thing I DID wish kept me going is the deal of me wanting to play my music at furcons. I was turned down for AC just like I was for MFF. I think its better I go for smaller cons who actually give a shit. Tiger ain't gonna quit. As for AC and MFF I'll still go but I'm bringing my jumbo MP3 player and play my music where I want, WHEN I WANT. Either way I think my music was a hit during the fursuit parade at FC though. Playing some good furry style music for everyone to hear and some of the suiters to shake their tail to

Well in honestly, the first thing that keeps me going is friendship. Even in tough times, I can still hear my friends cheering me to never give up. When I can't be with friends, I play games and/or music. Some music is actually used to unwind from stressful times.
*pouts* wish i could go to AC...gonna try to make it to FCN, but dunno where im gonna sleep...guess in my car lol
Sucks about not getting selected for DJing at Anthrocon, but I don't think it's a matter of "givign a shit." There are a lot of furry DJs out there (I can think of a dozen off the top of my head) and simply not enough dances to go around. In fact I suspect you'd be even less likely to get in on a smaler con level because there'd be only one, maybe two dances and the competition would be tighter.
Also, the music played is way too loud anyways, so all you hear is bass shattering your ear drums and the faint echo of anything else. So it all sounds the same anyways.
