as the commissioner, you are free to:
a. edit the commission as desired
b. repost, so long as it contains a link back to one of my art sites (see sig)
c. include it in the sale of characters
d. turn sketches, sigs, unfinished doodles into poses
as the commissioner, you do not/can not:
a. own any rights to the image itself, and cannot reproduce, sell (with the exception of character
sale as specified above), use commercially, or otherwise profit from my work without permission
b. claim the art as your own
regarding refunds:
a. if i have not begun, you are entitled to the entire amount paid
b. if i have begun, you are entitled to the remainder of the commission
(ie, i finish a sketch, you need a refund, you paid for a headshot, i refund the
difference from sketch to finished headshot. you must pay for the amount of work i have done)
c. the only exception is if i must cancel. i will offer you to either pay for the partial commission
and keep it for use, or scrap it and refund you entirely
