No Guaranteed Streaming, if I can I will but its hard on me I'm having problems with blood pressure and I need to stop to move around a lot
Terms of Service:
If you want to commission me in the near future, then please take a moment to read my commission TOS, to be sure you acknowledge and understand how I work. Failure to do so may result in your commission being canceled for the round of commissions you have sent in an application for, or possibly in all future openings. So please read CAREFULLY before submitting a form.
1: You must contact me via FA notes or Google forms provided to contract a commission with me. I will no longer be moving to other platforms for contact.
2: Refunds are available before a commission is started. Once I've started the commission you can only be refunded for the remaining work. In other words if I have sketched it the cost of the sketch will be deducted from your requested refund. Same applies to ink and flat color.
3: All commissions are only digital files unless otherwise agreed upon prints are available for additional fee.
4: I retain the right to post your commission for gallery purposes unless otherwise discussed. I will not remove your commission from my gallery for your personal reasons.
5: You must credit me and link commissions back to my gallery as well as leave my signature on the commissioned piece.
6: You may not use my art for pay sites or merchandise without properly contracting the art for commercial use through me. Commercial use commissions are available, but you must be upfront about your intent for the commission.
7: Payment is due within 48 hours of claiming a commission slot. Otherwise it will be reopened.
8: All information for commissions must be included in the google form or FA pms , changes or additional details will not be accepted or are subject to additional fees. Please take your time in filling out the forms or pming information and make sure all information is correct and included.
9: Once Wips are approved and I have started the inking process additional changes to the lines are subject to additional fees.
10: Once you have approved your commission as being complete it is off my list, so if you come back later asking for changes it will be an additional fee. Make sure when I submit your final commission and ask you what you think of it. You look over it closely then and there to find mistakes before pming me and approving the final piece.
11: No commission unless expressly stated to be a stream commission is guaranteed to be streamed unless you choose the regular streamed commission option
12: Terms of Service are subject to changes or additions as needed.
