By the way, commishes ARE open!

I know nobody reads these journals, and those that do don't tend to realize I only do colourizing and inkwork, that I need a base image.
But, hey! It's worth trying to get the commishes.
While I'm fairly laissez-faire with prices I'm offered, generally if a picture is very complex, or needs inking/cleanup work in general, I will expect a bit more money. :-P
Also, it'd be nice if, say, the lineartist approved, y'know?
Anyway!
Say it's an image shaded like this picture. The line cleanup and colourization (with shading) took around 5-8 hours, total. This sort of image I'd be cool with receiving $10 to $35 for. It's weeeelllll below minimum wage, but... like, with this sort of market out here on Fur Affinity, I gotta deal with teenagers that legally can't get a job that're far better artists for me that simply get far better value out of $10 than I am capable of getting. Also I like doing really cool backgrounds, but most images don't get them.
An image that's just a simple colour overlay like this one can be done really quickly. Around 3-4 hours, at absolute worst. Soo, $5 would be good even, y'know?
A quick cel-shade and ink, like this pic, would be around the same price as the first picture I referenced. Y'know, anywhere from $10 to $35. I know this seems pricey, but inking takes forever... and this's despite me being pretty terrible at it. Soo, yeah.
An obvious note, but chances are, I'll reject doing an image if I either think the lineart is too poor, or too good. It'd be rude to work on something that's beautiful, then redo it in my own underdeveloped style, and then post it, y'know?
It's entirely possible I'll be able to do something that wouldn't get posted anywhere, but... y'know, I'd probably want extra money because I can't post it. :D
Anyway, this journal's getting a bit long and rambly.
To cut to the point. Yes, I do take requests. But I'd really rather work on pictures for money. Colourization takes time and effort too, y'know! And I could use some on the side. Recurring expenses and whatnot.
