So question for you folks

So I got bored and a friend was sharing a story he was writing and I liked the style so I had some time to I whipped up something similar. The. shared this with some folks on Skype but not a whole lot of feed back but had a bit of an idea so first off how do you folks like this style of writing
We met in the middle and that is where things get a bit hazy. I can remember the feel of his fists as he hit me. I can remember the feel of him when my fists met his flesh.
