If you commission me you agree to my Terms of Service

【 Payment and Refunds 】
- PayPal payments only
- You must pay full payment up front unless we discuss otherwise
- Refunds will only be given if the art isn't finished
- I have the right to cancel or refuse any commission for any reason

【 Waiting Period 】
- Please allow plenty of time for commissions to be finished
- If your commission takes more than a couple weeks I can send you a work in progress
- Customers will be notified if there is going to be a serious delay
- I do not work on holidays


【 Rights and Permissions 】
- I retain full rights to my art
- You can re-post as long as it was for you and you credit me as the artist
- Do not edit my art unless I agree that you can make modifications
- You're not allowed to use your commission for any commercial purposes
- You're not allowed to make a profit off of my art
- I am not required to keep any of my artwork in my gallery or scraps
- I have the right to post any commission as an example of my artwork on any art website

【 Streaming 】
- I do my best to stream any and all commissions
- If i tell you im working on your commission/trade/request/prize whatever while in stream, unless you state otherwise i will expect you to be in stream.
- If you harass anyone in stream you will be insta banned
- Mine and my Mods word is law, if I or they have to tell you to stop something multiple times they have a right to ban you
