Deadlines
I set a personal deadline for Feb 21 a while back. I'm racing to get shit done for it, and oh god... why is it when you're nearing a deadline that you have a thousand and one last minute ideas, ALL OF WHICH ARE AWESOME, that you absolutely, positively could use to get things done?
My "To Do" list just exploded with a thousand little post-it notes of concepts and ideas.
So much to do. So little time.
EDIT: Feb 21 is more of a self-imposed personal deadline. Not a major event. =P Don't read into it.

God I know this feeling too well @_@
Feb 19
The vibrating has increased to the point where I can't hear anything. All I see is purple and feel the occasional warp in space-time.

The anxiety has hit such a level that while I can now hear things, all I hear is him saying "If this goes that goes this goes here then that when this goes here when it doesn't...

It all stopped. Everything. Space. Time. All that's left is our apartment. He's sitting in the corner staring at the clock. It keeps ticking but the hands won't move.
I look out the window and all I see is a frozen wasteland of nothing. Brief flickers of motion, like an echo of a dream.
It feels like it's been three days already. I wonder what will happen if he ever allows the deadline to be rea-
MU HAHAHAHAHAHA
It's a common mistake for people that are not quite used to manage projects and things like that.
When you set to do something you need to get everything that is essential for it to be done and work and focus on that.
Only after all that is done that you start to implement other features to it, otherwise you just keep reaching for more and more and never get anything done.
The scope creep is when that happens. You increase the scope of the project more and more until it becomes too much to handle.
3 words: Duke Nuken Forever.
A game that take FOURTEEN years (is that the right number?) to be made just because the leader of the project kept coming back and insisting on adding one thing or another and never just finishing the damn game and implement the new ideas on expansions or sequels.
Don't fall for that. Just get priorities straight and do essential. Nothing else. You can always come back latter.
Hope that helps.
If it don't reach it I'll just donate some of it to WWF to emdangered American Crocodiles.
Why?
Because you are dragon involved with a bunch of furs and a fur affinity social media site silly!
And, of course, all your efforts are greatly appreciated. *huggles*
