~ DICE BAGS ARE GO! ~
Yes they are and though it took about three nights of work, I had fun working on it the entire time. But while making it, I had some concerns pop into my mind since I know at least a few people were asking about maybe getting one for themselves..
The first thing is how many rings it takes just to make this "normal" sized bag, which is roughly ~1,100. The issue is I don't carry that many rings in that size unless I have a reason to as I don't have money to just buy tons of backup supplies. =(
So! I came up with this idea! Preorders! =D
So here's the basic rundown.. I'm putting a price tag of $35 per bag + shipping on these bags. If you want one, and are willing to pay at least $18 up front (per bag), I will get together with you to discuss what color(s) you want for however many bags you want.
After about.. umm.. I dunno.. like a week or so (will see how things go), I'll gather everything up and place an order for the rings to make said ordered bags and go from there.
And about patterns/designs..
I can -try- my best to add a pattern or design (known as inlays), but keep in mind the bags are pretty small and inlays are still really new to me. What I do know I can do is a Zelda/Tri-force themed bag as the guide I used to make my first bag was for a green bag with a gold tri-force inlay.

10.9955742876 as the area of that diameter. times 4, is that many cubic inches. about 43.95 cubic inches. But you probably wanna close the drawstring, figure 40 cubic inches.
Most die are 5/8", so less than one cubic inch. forty of those would be about 5/8 of 40 cubic inches or about 25 cubic inches for 40 of them. So figure 8 dice that are normal gaming dice sized take up five cubic inches. you could fit probably 64 dice in there. If it's all d20s, maybe only 45. If it's all d4s and d6s, maybe 70.
If you don't like math, I'm sorry. But that's my educated guess, and I showed my work.
With all that said, I think I might want to preorder one.
At this point, all I can sadly do is shrug. Sorry. =(
