Bad Idea #27: "Cow"boy and Horse

It doesn't have to be a bull, but probably would best be to work with the title.
It's a nice enough day a horse is grazing in a big field. Just an ordinary non-anthro horse, peacefully grazing. Only this horse has been harnessed as if it was to pull something. But there is no wagon or trap. There is a rope tied to the harness. The other end of the rope is tied around a bull's scrotum. The bull is anthro. His arms are tied behind his back. He's gagged, so he can't talk soothingly to the horse to try keep it calm. The rope is a bit slack but doesn't rest on the ground. The bull has a long day ahead. He's hoping it's a dull day. So dull that the horse doesn't move very fast. Because if the horse should run, chances are he won't keep up. He might be dragged, for a little while. And then... well, he's hoping for a very, very dull day.
