Greetings race fans! And welcome to the 2nd Annual Gumdrop Rally 10,000! Twenty-Seven Drivers with the meanest of machines have lined up for a grueling 3,000 mile race to take the coveted Gumdrop Trophy! We have some returning champions from the previous rally, along with plenty of new faces. Many will enter, braving the wild treacherous path laid out for them, but only three will take the top spot on the podium! Which three drivers will make it out on top??

GUIDELINES FOR VOTING:
Voting will be open for the next 8 days. From this Tuesday until next Tuesday ending at midnight.
NOTICE: C'mon people! We need votes from more people! If you're watching this journal and haven't voted yet. Just take the five minutes out of your time to look at the entrees and send me a note on your most favorite one!!!
I've been getting this question a good bit. Can the same people who voted before allowed to vote the next day? The answer to this is no. Only ONE vote per use is allowed through the entire voting week. I'm only adding the course layout just for extra visualization and fun - and to bring more awareness to the art challenge going on.
Who can vote?
Anyone can! As many people can vote on this as they want to determine the top three winners of this art challenge.
How to vote.
Look over each and every entry and then send me a Note of the name of the entrant that you like. Only one vote is allowed per user. Votes posted in the comments section or anywhere else will not be tallied.
What you should judge each vehicle on.
Style, aesthetics, and level of coolness should be your determining factors. You can base it on other factors such as performance, and mechanical but it is highly not recommended that you do. Most people aren’t die-hard gearheads so please be aware of that before you start spouting how ‘realistically’ a vehicle will make it through this course.
Who wins the art challenge?
All the votes will be tallied up and artists with the top three highest votes will earn First, Second, and Third place wins.
What’s the prize?
A free pic by me of their vehicle and their character drawn in a podium styled pic.
Can you tell other people about voting in this art challenge?
Of course! Feel free to make a journal or FA submission linking back to these journals.
If you’re competing in the art challenge, however, please DO NOT make a journal telling people to vote for your entry. Make it fair for all the other people who submitted work for this challenge.
Day Three
Fourth Leg – Burley Summit
At the edge of the woods is a massive mountainous region. The summit goes nearly a mile and a half straight up. Little if anyone travels up this harsh desolate location save for a few expeditions.
The bottom of the summit is simple paved roads that run a very tight and winding road up the rocky area. The region is much colder, therefore a good part of the course is covered in sheets of ice. A third way up does the weather get progressively more snowy, making the course more treacherous with blizzard conditions abound.
