Someone is using Kiwi for adult RP. (update)

Today I found out that Kiwi is being used in adult role plays without my consent. Kiwi being used for adult RP bothers me immensely because I dont even portray kiwi in an adult light and I'm a clean artist so I dont want my character to be seen in that way. I found a Google plus group called Furry RP Club where not only did they steal kiwi they have been taking other characters as well.
I have tried to tell them to stop but all I have gotten was immature responses and they have deleted my comments. I have reported it as well but I don't know what else I can do. I am not very good with Google plus and I only really made an account to go in and try to get the people to stop.
Also it seems that the person that posted kiwi gave her away to someone and her name is now Natalie Green. I would report it under copyright but I am not the artist of the picture that was posted so i cant.
If anyone has any advice on what to do besides what i have done it would really be helpful to me.

I figure it should be noted that this isn't the only group on Google+ that is doing this. I dug a bit deeper and it seems the owner of the group has been posting to multiple different anthro rp communities, one of which was one where kiwi has actually given away. I'm going to contact the person kiwi was given to to try and make them understand but I from the attempts so far from everyone I don't see it going over very well.

The person who was given my character has apologized and removed the post. I was very impressed because she was only 13 and she was very mature and I felt bad because she didnt know. I decided to offer her free art of a character that she has made since, she does make her own characters, so that way she doesnt have to use someone elses character for reference and she can just have a nice drawing of her own character.

I don't understand the site at all, but you can report the groups for sexual activity or something I believe, but thats about the best I know how to do other than messaging people personally about the issue :c

It's one horrible thing to steal someone's character, but using them for things you would never do is like a pound of salt in the wound. D:
Getting in contact with the artist who drew Kiwi in the beginning and getting their support in the matter will help as well, as they have artistic rights and you have ownership rights.
Get in touch with the original artist, hit up the admins if any on Google+ and report their asses for intellectual and art theft and illegal usage.
I just hope my babies aren't being used. IF so, someone is going to die >/

Just go to google.com/DMCA.html - and have a read through, there's a lot of legal stuff in there, and I know a lot of it doesn't make sense, but you -can- report it, and you can get the original artist to report it as well, and Google -will- do something about it. So far I've found they're a lot more helpful and willing to back artists then say Facebook has been in the past. My DMCA request was dealt with and removed within 24-48 hours. And they had no problem using DA links as proof of ownership.

I think reporting the group for sexual activity and for copyright violation (as you own the character even if you did not draw the picture yourself) might help. Google + sucks, tho
Someone's spamming them
If you know of others characters being taken and used as well I'd have them.email the hosts site as Well. Complaints with larger numbers tend to get answered faster.
Since you own the character and probably have character drawings WIP, etc you can prove it's yours.
However, if they keep up the immature nonsense, I say let people be immature back.
Thieves don't get to walk without a weight.

I've been contacting the people I know the characters so they can also get their shit taken down as well as spamming the page for warnings for anyone who wants to "join" for their shitty reasons of art theft and character theft.
If there's anything I can do besides that, let me know. This shit makes me so angry in the community.
-Report the group for hosting sexually explicit material, as this violates google+'s TOS and they will remove the group and all the images in it. I wouldn't bother commenting as they'll block you.

The thief already knows its stolen (and is prolly reeling for being caught), the other person, however, may not of had the slightest clue the character is stolen. Just dig out some easy to find proof the character is yours
also... your saying the artwork they have of her isnt yours... does that mean its work you have commissioned... or work the "fake owner" has commissioned? owo
either way you could prolly find and contact the maker of the piece as well and tell them about the situation~

also you take it a step further and charge copyright laws on them but that is extremely hard if you sold them kiwi but it is still possible

Even the moderators post work that isn't theirs.
Also there are signatures of the original artists right in the picture they are using to RP as.
The owner doesn't even use correct grammar, either.
Now if it was just like using a picture of said character offline on paper to represent what you want a character of yours to look vaguely like or have some characteristics of , is ok. But to pretend your someone elses character and then to soil it, thats plain wrong.
