Finally putting up my TOS so you all can see what I will/ will not draw. :)
[UPDATED April 3rd 2017]
Getting a Commission:
-You must be 18 or older to purchase an adult themed commission!
-I usually open via journals and list how many spots I will be taking.
-I will choose commissions from the comments of the journal if I approve the character.
-If a commissioner changes their character at the last minute after one was initially approved then there will be an additional fee for the inconvenience caused!
-Sometimes I will also hold auctions.
Payments:
-Payments/ invoices are sent as soon and the initial rough sketch is started.
-I use P4yP4l to send out invoices and send a confirmation note through DM
-If the payment is not made within 48 hours after the invoice is sent I will reserve he right to cancel a commission (exceptions can be made if the commissioner contacts me about a delay).
-Payments must be paid in full before any more progress can be made on the commission.
Cancellations or Refunds:
-If you need to cancel a commission please let me know as soon as possible.
-I will give a full refund up until I have finished the initial sketch. After that, I keep a certain percentage based on the work that I have done.
-No refunds are allowed if a completed work has been sent off, no exceptions!
Timeframe:
-Upon payment commissions will take anywhere from a week to a month to be completed, but sometimes commissions can be finished even sooner than that.
-I do not work with deadlines: birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries
Initial Sketches/ Revisions:
-A rough sketch will be shown to the commissioner for approval
-During this stage the commissioner can make changes to the character/pose within reason.
-Once the picture is finished only minor changes can be made: color changes, forgotten markings, etc.
Completed Images:
-When an picture is completed the commissioner will receive a high quality PNG of his/her image.
-A lower res version will also be posted to my gallery.
-Commissioners can post his/her picture on his/her gallery; however, they must provide a link to the original and give proper credit to the artist.
-Commissioners cannot create any alterations or variations to a completed image without the artist's consent.
Prints:
-As of October 15th 2016 I will start using some commissions to make prints of to sell. Images BEFORE this date could still be used but I will ask for permission first!

When you get a picture from me however you still get the digital print quality picture so you can print it for yourself! And you can also ask for me to not use the picture I created of your character not to be used for prints.
Hope that helps!
My question is about one of my characters. So, my character Cyrus Rhodes is a Tyrantrum, which is a Pokemon. HOWEVER, has been heavily anthrofied, and was wondering if he was at all acceptable. I'm only asking to see if he'd be a viable choice in the future, since I think he'd fit your style well. Lemme know what you'd think!
An example of what he looks like: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13670855/
Please lemme know when you can!
Hope that helped answer your question! :)
