Tos- I work through Paypal invoices only. No alternative payments will be accepted unless agreed upon beforehand
- Full payment is required before i start your commission*
*For multiple pieces or artwork that exceed 200$ you may pay half before i start , but once you approve sketch I require full payment before continuing.
- I have the right to deny a commission
If i feel uncomfortable with the subject matter i will reject the commission no questions asked .
- No rush orders ! but dead lines are okay*.
Wait for commissions can be upwards of a few weeks depending on my queue . I also have ADHD which I am currently working to get managed, but it really can through a wrench in my work so your patience with me is greatly appreciated. If there is a deadline on your commission please state so initially and so that i may try to reach it .
- I can stream your commission
I am more than willing to set a time for a private or public stream. note me what is best for your schedule and we can work out the details.
- W.i.p. shots will be provided ONCE a week or as i enter the next stage of the painting.
if your painting(s) take more time that i expected, i am willing to provide you with wips once weekly. I will make any additions or edits to the piece at this stage. There are days when i do not draw so DO NOT ASK FOR W.I.P S DAILY. Constant pestering for a wip will result in a warning and if it continues i will refund you (partially if ive started) and stop your commission .
- You may not place your own watermark on my artwork.
No exceptions .
- I retain all copyrights.
I retain copyrights to my artwork and may post it to Fa and Tumblr or other personal uses unless stated otherwise. If you do not want me to repost your commission please let me know and i will not. I will not claim credit for your character(s) and will credit you when posted. You may not sell or use my artwork commercially .
- You may repost your commission to fa but I must be credited.
No exceptions.
- Editing of my work by anyone, including commissioners, is not allowed.
This includes w.i.p.s . Cropping for icons is allowed.
- Full refunds are not available after I have started your commission.
If i have started your piece you may cancel if you'd like but you will only receive a partial refund.
- Excessive or drastic changes to the commission in progress may incur additional fees
If you would like me to change the a character (with a different body type) , pose, or would like me to cancel the existing commission for another after the approved sketch, there will be additional charges . This can be up to 50% depending on how far along i am in the original piece, and how drastic the change, so please make sure that you are okay with the sketch.
- If I feel you are being unreasonable (ie. rude, harassing, stalking and so on) I will terminate the commission and issue you a partial refund if the piece is started.
I will issue warnings to you if i find your behavior inappropriate but if you continue i will refund and block you.
Saucy commission fee
Commissions featuring urine, soiled diapers (NO ACTUAL SCAT) , farts , or other excessive fetishes may incur a saucy fee. This fee will be upwards of $15 depending on the mess level and fetish. This will get a special saucy version, in addition to your commission.
