Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are accepting my Terms of Service. If, however, you break these terms, you may not be refunded your deposit & added to a blacklist.
Please make sure to read everything thoroughly before commissioning me.
Payment is made through Paypal (Payment upfront, unless payment plans are arranged).
(Debit & Credit cards can be used when I send an invoice to your email)
You must be at least 14 years or older to place a commission.
You must be 18+ if ordering anything NSFW
Payment is nonrefundable IF I have started your commission.
If a Refund is need due to some issue if i get injured and/or cannot complete your commission, we will discuss how that will go. But if you wish to cancel a commission after you have paid your deposit, that will not be refunded. If i have already started building and you wish to cancel then less will be refunded, if it comes down to it. (If i have finished over half of your commission then only 60%-75% of the ending price will be refunded, if i have almost finished your commission then only 25%-50% will be refunded. The materals will NOT be sent to the commissioner) The reason is because i may have already purchased all the materials and have already spent a significant amount of time & work on your desired commission. If anyone cancels for any reason and i have already started building, i will finish the commissioned piece with a different design or modify the design and resell it as a premade/YCH.
I have the right to decline a commission if;
You are rude/inappropriate.
I have not received a payment within 7 business days.
Extremely complex/difficult design to work with.
Reference sheet is extremely low res/difficult to see/understand clearly
Time frames:
My work is done on a queue on a first come first served basis (based on when i received payment and/or supplies need). I generally finish commissions between a few days to up to a few months depending on how busy my queue is. (I usually have a waiting list due to fursuit commissions)
Fursuits may take several Months to 18+ months based on complexity and the amount of work needed, as well as my queue.
You are more than welcome to ask for updates on your commission once you have approved the sketch (Please don't pester me too ). You can also follow updates on my queue on my Trello.
Commissions are priority, while Trades and Gifts are done in my free time outside of commission hours.
WILL DRAW: Anthros, Ferals, Dragons, Pets, NSFW, light gore, most species.
WILL NOT DRAW: Extreme Gore (Blood & Candy Gore is fine), Mecha, scat, watersports
