I'm not sure I can do the BG color...I'm almost computer illiterate so I'm having a friend look. I may have to limit to just a description, like "light blue" or "sunset orange" or something...

In Photoshop, when you are picking your color the "Color Picker" window appears. To the right of the color chart you'll see under the RGB an area that has a #[blank] (the "blank" isn't written there, it's just a blank box.)
Just type in "BBFFBB" and the hex color shows up.
It also gives you the closest colors in RGB and CMYK too.

Yeah I can't seem to figure out how to convert letters into a color...can I use a color description? :P

Not a problem, it's basically a soft, light green. :-P
