I've begun to tired of typing out everything every time I post another one. So I'm going to type it up here and link here to the non-character specific details.
Q&A
RanPal Freeb? What are they?
RanPal Freeb is short for Random Pallet Freebie.
Each of these adopts are created from a completely randomized color pallet.
This pallet is generated from a selection of 50 colors.
I use Random.org to generate 5 sets of 5 integers between 1 and 50.
Then set them out to see which pallet I like the best.
Sometimes I already have an idea of what I'd like to see in the adopt.

I already knew that I wanted to create a Nightfury.
So I went with the only pallet that had a black-ish color in it.
Once the character has been completed, I assign them a name to be referred to until they have a new owner.
The names I give them are not a defined characteristic,
as such if you deem it necessary, you may change it to whatever you like.
So what do you do with them?
These are always offered as free adopts.
However, they aren't just first-come-first-served.
I raffle them off.
I use Random.org again and put everyone's name into the List Generator.
Whom ever happens to be at the top of the list becomes the new owner of the adopt in question.
After a winner has been decided, I'll contact them through notes.
What if there's something I'd like changed?
I can certainly do that.
Just tell me what it is, and I'll do my best to please you.
The nature of the change is at my discretion to decide where it lands,
but to give you an idea:
-I can do any sort of minor or simple changes for free.
-Anything extensive/complex or if you desire more than a few changes, I charge 1 USD.
--(This CAN be cumulative)
-I can attempt linework for you, but that will cost 2 USD.
--(This CAN be cumulative)
-If the adopt is SFW/NSFW you may request the opposite in addition.
--In this case it would cost 3 USD.
When is your next one?
I try to make a new RanPal Freeb every week.
I shoot for Mondays because that's generally when I have the best chance,
but sometimes I miss my deadline.
If I miss a week all together,
I will post TWO the following week.
So you guys wont lose any chances.
Every raffle will be open for exactly 72 hours.
Even if I don't get back in time to discern a winner,
entries after the 72 hour mark will not be observed.
