Welcome to the official account of Furvilla here on FA! This is where you can find our grayscale bases for painting and customization. We will keep this account updated with bases whenever we have some to release so they're in an easy to access spot!
What is Furvilla?
Furvilla is a browser-based game in development that centers around furry villagers. The player can make furry characters and teach them jobs so they can perform in their village's economy. Among jobs a villager can hold are: pet breeder, warrior, doctor, crafter, blacksmith, alchemist, botanist, construction, explorer, tailor. Each job has an impact on the game world's economy.
The game is expected to release in July, after Anthrocon.
What kind of games is Furvilla like?
The gameplay is very similar to Neopets but it has a more social aspect to it, like GaiaOnline. It also has village chatrooms so socialization isn't limited to forums.
Will you make <insert species here>?
Maybe. Right now we are not focused on creating new species until the game is ready to launch. We might release some new species "basic" bases in preparation for Anthrocon, but we can't make any promises! We really want to focus on the game first.
What are the bases in this account used for?
Furvilla offers the opportunity for players to download the bases of their villagers to customize them. This account stores all of the bases for easy access and collection. Players can customize the colors of the bases with our tutorial, or for artists with great skill, they can edit the appearance of the bases to add new features.
What limitations are there for using Furvilla bases?
Furvilla bases must always be credited to Furvilla, as well as a link must be placed on or in the description of the submission indicating the source of the base. The source can be the submission here on FA, or to one of Furvilla's social media accounts. In any event, make sure it's clear that the base was provided by Furvilla.
Please only use our bases in a way that would be appropriate for our SFW rating and our professional image: no sexual content (genitalia, appearance of genitalia beneath clothes, sex toys, sex gear, bare breasts, etc.) and no utilizing bases to distribute, promote, or illustrate hateful messages or symbols, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic messages or messages that are derogatory toward people with disabilities.
Can I offer to color or edit bases for other people?
You may offer your artistic services to color or edit our bases to other Furvilla players and fans. You are permitted to receive fictional currency or real currency for your efforts, but we will not intervene in a sale/trade situation that occurs off our website and goes sour. If you want to offer commissions, it is required that you link to this account with each solicitation or submission and explain that the bases are from Furvilla.com, the browser-based game, and ensure that your customers know that you are not professionally associated with Furvilla.

What are the custom ID cards that Furvilla makes?
Custom ID cards are a product we have for customers who visit us in Dealer Dens. They are printed on demand at our station, within five minutes if an ID technician is available at the table (but no more than a few hours). They cost $10.00 at the conventions we attend. They are made from hard PVC plastic and have the same firmness and size as a credit card. We provide lanyards and badge holders for them.

We support mix and matching any of our characters with any of the world backgrounds, and can put your desired name and species on it. You may either use one of our default colored characters, or if you have a custom-colored Furvilla character made with one of our bases, we can place that image on an ID card for you. :)

We applied to the dealer den for the following conventions but have not confirmed attendance yet:
Indyfurcon - August 14-16 - Indianapolis, IN

*Is a single person allowed to have more than one character?
*Can a single character have more than one job, and what is the max limit if so?
*This next one is just a clarification, but we can customize the bases provided in any and every way just so long as it remains SFW and is credited when/if posted? So, say i wanted to hypothetically remove an arm off the rabbit base, or add on a different and/or extra tail. Is that an ok thing to do?
I've seen ads for this game off and on on this site, but it's not till now i decided to really check it out. I have to say i'm pretty excited, i loved neopets but was put-off by the lack of... well, interesting stuff to do! Knowing this could be releasing soon my mind is buzzing with ideas on what sort of character i want to create, but before i get too lost in my fantasies i wanted a bit more clarification~ ^w^"
