I received a Note from an admin of FA talking about the fukkiretas.
Copyrighted things (like music) are not allowed in FA, that is especified in FA's AUP but with other words.

You can replace your fukkireta in your profile. How to do it?
-Use the FA's tool "Search"
-Write "palmarianfire + fukkireta + <your_user_name>
-Search yours
-Right click -> Save picture (to download the new thumbnail)
-Open the fukkireta
-Right click in "Download" and save the upadted .swf file
-Go to your fukkireta in your profile
-Change thumbnail and submission file uploading the new files
So, this means that fukkiretas won't have music.
It was funny discover what kind of music users like. I discover great songs.
Now when I listen one of those songs, I'll remember this time, the fukkiretas, a little piece of love that I feel because all of you made this possible, a big Boom with a great avatar. And this make me happy, because this means that you love my fukkiretas. I'm really thankful for this.

But I'm ok. The admin who talked to me, treated me very good. The admin had the consideration to alert me about this and didn't delete the fukkiretas letting me the oportunity to fix them.

I would request that it be reinstated. And if an admin wants to argue about it I'll show him or her the email exchange I had with the artist.
Also, it would not be confusing to the users. Just post something to the description saying that permission was given to use that music.
It's probably mos easy to bring up the fact that nothing can be copyrighted against public use that intends to make fun of, introduce others of, or promote said work. You have said it yourself, you were finding out what kind of music people like. This fits the article. I have forgotten the specific numbers but this is not violating copyright laws.
After all, they were intended to make claiming ownership or creation illegal, should you not own or have not created it. You are simply promoting it, on request by the commissioner. In fact, they are paying for your animation, not the music, after all, almost all music is free somewhere. FA should probably realize a bit more before they rad someone out.
