Basic Outlined ToS
General
For those of you interested in commissioning me and because my ToS is undergoing revisions, here are the basic bulletins of it that you need to know before contacting me or sending in your payment.
• I require a 50% nonrefundable down payment to begin on large projects, while small projects ($150 and under) need to be paid in full.
• Once that payment is made, I need at least 30% or more of the remaining payment a month until you completely pay it off. (Example: 50%, 30%, 20% works )
• Each week that a monthly payment is late, a 10% surcharge will be added on top of your monthly payment unless given legitimate reason for late payment. Purchasing something as intricate as a custom costume using payment plans is like any other life bill. If you unable to consistently meet monthly payment deadlines, I urge you to seek elsewhere for your service needs.
• Everything must be paid off before shipping the finished commission to you.
• I do not accept deadlines for any reason, but rest assured that your product will be completed within a reasonable time frame.
• I do not accept commissions from minors due to legal reasons, and if you are caught lying about your age, you will be persecuted to the full extent of the law.
• If a situation comes up where I have already purchased the furs for your suit, but you want to change your concept art, I require compensation to do so (addition of piercings, changing of markings, adding of hair/wigs/etc.)
• I do not deal with "adult" suits. However, whatever happens to a suit after it has left my shop is not my responsibility. If outside alterations occur without consent and inside the time of the 3 or 6 month warranty, the warranty will be voided.
• WIP pictures will be sent every now and then to keep you updated on progress, but please do not harass me for them, as it actually hinders me from finishing your project quicker! I am a one person team. Responding to emails and all work is done by myself.
• Any other forms of harassment for any reason will not be tolerated, and if such occurs, your project will be subject to termination and a partial refund.
•If for any reason I feel that your project must be terminated, I will always explain why.
• I live with a cat! PLEASE let me know ahead of time if you are allergic to cats or other animals, so I know to keep them out of my workspace.
• Trying to fix or alter your own fursuit head/body/parts before contacting me with said issue voids the warranty, which allows for free repairs up to 3 months after you receive a head or small parts, and up to 6 months after you receive a suit.
• Shipping is paid -after- your suit is finished.
•If there are any delays in getting your suit finished or sent out, you will be notified of such. Sometimes life happens, and things get in the way. We're all only human.
• If you have any issues with your items, please contact me first to see how we can resolve it!
• I am not responsible for any injuries sustained while wearing your costume due to carelessness, neglect, or misuse.
• Fursuits are a piece of art, and you must treat them as such. Be very careful with handling them and remember to keep them clean! (I can link tutorials on how to clean parts/heads/etc.
