Refuse. Rubbish. Trash.

The first person to accept me outright, even called me sister, has thrown our three year relationship away. I'm taking it rather hard.
She invited me down to meet her parents this past weekend, and I was very excited to see her again. Meeting her folks was pretty interesting, and I also got to meet a lot of the people from the comunity here, so I was having a blast. Then we had a disagreement.
We discussed it a bit, she wouldn't consider my point of view at all, so I dropped it. She continued to bring it to me, completely disregarding our previous goes at the subject. Disregarding the stress I was under from issues at home between my boyfriend and his folks. We put it away a few times, and she continued to bring it back into issue. Finally, shortly after she woke me from three hours of sleep, she brought it back into discussion. Again I tried to explain my point of view, but I was not allowed to complete a sentence before she was on me again with her poor bruised morals. This finally erupted online, and turned bad, because I decided to fully illustrate my point of view in text.
Things were tense after that. Then this morning I realized she was going to be gone when I was going to be packing, so I went to ask her to return a book she had taken when she moved out late last year. As soon as I knocked on the door she was at my throat again with how horrible I was to her yesterday. I lost it, unloaded right back at her, and when she left she said she hoped we might talk again, maybe in 10 years.
Just like that. I'm discarded. All because my views differ from hers on a rather ridiculous subject. I wish I knew what to do.

not knowing all the details, I cannot advise... but I would call and apologize as soon as possible. To lose a friendship is not a good thing... I've lost too many as it is.
*gives her a hug...
