2. Is there a way to get a physical Amazon copy?
and you can order it on lulu or me for physical copy
I usually prefer to buy off a website with a visa or prepaid gift cards provided I can get the copy with it. I just don't know about the pricing since it was $40 on one site and yet lulu sells it for 9.99 and I am confused.
but sincerely WHERE did you see that 40 dollars price? unless it includes shipping it's NOT the right price at all.

but smashwords does ALL FORMATS
The big advantage I see is, that their Book-App is much more pragmatic, easy to use and has a Dictionary Function that works. (Brrr, Kindle is too picky in such stuff. >.>)
The next advantage is: I could buy it with Paypal!
As far as I know Amazon doesn't allow Paypal transactions.
Anyway: I'm going to read the sample on Kindle and simply hope I can buy it somehow if I like it. x3
