Well, I still need help, but I think I'll offer basic web hosting and design in return for the help. I have quite a bit of experience and would offer it based on how much is donated. So kind of a PWYW for web design. If you want a custom domain, you'll need to provide the cost extra, or buy one yourself, but I can provide hosting easy for it. I also have tons of domain names that I could give you a sub domain off of (like yourname.raz.im for an example). So if you guys could spread the word and help me get that out there, I'd really appreciate it!

I have more, but they're gonna take some work to get them up as working examples. They were sites done for friends for various projects which have been abandoned, so I'll have to work on that tomorrow, but at least there are two examples (which need updated) there.
