If you somehow missed the news,  mnfurs is now an official 501(c3) non profit corporation. All the awesome things that that means can be found here: https://www.mnfurs.org/MNFurs_Talk/.....-organization/

But there is one thing that cannot be found there, and that's something very close to my heart. About ten years ago I did one of the best things ever in fursuit - I fursuited at the Saint Paul Children's Hospital. I was passionate and talked to the staff and basically it was a one time thing. They couldn't let me keep doing it because I was an individual and they were concerned about security. But now that MNFurs is a federally recognized educational nonprofit, we have the backing of a reputable organization. I want to get back into doing hospital work - and I want as many of my fellow furs as possible to join me. Because I assure you, I have never found an equal to brightening someone's day who truly needs it.
