Ran into a bit of a tricky situation after the move to Toronto with and - The apartment we had leased was completely uninhabitable before we moved in. Filthy beyond explanation, water damage and mould, and the apartment was completely taken over by cockroaches. We were lucky enough to get ourselves out of the lease and get our deposit back, but it has been a stressful week so far. It also doesn't help that we are currently without a home - We are couch surfing with friends/family and our possessions are in storage. At this time I am opening commissions at a reduced price.
