Extreme Fetishes ( Scat / Majorly muscular Characters / Hyper Characters (this includes characters with hyper anything be it breasts or genitals )If you're not sure if I will accept your idea, you are more than welcome to discuss it with me privately through notes or email. HOWEVER You MUST fill out my commission form to claim a slot in my Queue.
- PRICING & PAYMENT - Using Paypal...I will ask for your PayPal email address so I may send you an invoice. Do not send me payment in any other way, it will be REFUNDED. (exception is for In stream commissions and Daily sketches)
Payment is due upfront for any commissions under $100. With payment plans available for commissions greater than $100.
- Payment plans will vary depending on the final cost and the circumstance.
- You will receive WIP’s with heavy watermarking until I have full payment, upon full payment you will receive full resolution of the final image.
At least partial (for payment plans) or full payment is due in the next 24 hours after confirmation, unless otherwise discussed.
If you fail to pay within the decided time frame, you will lose you slot to a pending eligible client. If you do not contact me or pay within 72 hours I will cancel your commission. Ordering a Commission

- I will accept several FLAT COLORED artworks to show markings and color IF LABELED correctly (example: X image for color of hair X image for color of body X image for fur pattern)
- Ref Sheets may be SFW or NSFW, they CAN be shaded but please provide a color pallet of the base colors. You may give written description and color pallets of details not shown on your ref pictures.
- I WILL work with a detailed description of your character for an extra fee. (Exception: is if you are ordering a Character Design Commission!)
- Any art you wish to have drawn by me must be within proper copyright. I will not do art of someone else's character without their permission as well. (Surprise gifts for friends can be negotiated)
- REFUNDS -Due to Paypal Fees and my time, if you are in need of a refund please discuss it with me! I can only refund 100% of the commission, or less depending on how much I have worked on your project.
If the circumstances lead me to cancel the project myself, you will be reimbursed the full 100%.
Once the work is completed, I cannot refund it.
If pose sketch was given to commissioner as WIP and the commission was then canceled ONLY I (the artist) Has the right to use that WIP for other commission or YCH or personal work. The commissioner is NOT allowed to use the WIP pose sketch in any way whatsoever!
- CHARGEBACKS -
Regarding Chargebacks..
If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Issuing a chargeback without contacting me in order to cancel, or refund, a project will result in an IMMEDIATE BLACKLISTING for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account; including side accounts.
PayPal Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" who's "Intellectual Property" is purchased by the client. And nothing is ever intended, by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as 'not shipped'. However I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the Client and I.
- RIGHTS & DISTRIBUTION -
MY ARTWORK IS NOT TO BE EDITED IN ANYWAY EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING:
YOU MAY: crop large works for icons. Add stickers or hearts or blocks of color to censor "adult or Mature" bits.

Display in one or all of my online galleries and/or portfolio.
- YOU MAY ask for a private commission, HOWEVER this MUST be done AT THE TIME of commission AND WILL COST A FEE that we will discuss.
Display it on websites as an example for a specific art related option.
Display it to promote my commissions.

Reproduce and sell for an additional profit without your permission to do so.

-In the case of Adoptables they MAY be sold for more than you bought them for IF additional artwork/crafts/stories warrant the change in price.
Post anywhere without the proper credit unless otherwise discussed.

If there is a certain time frame that you would like your commission done in, PLEASE DISCUSS IT WITH ME. From there I will do my best to schedule your project in to have it finished in a timely manner.
PLEASE check my Trello (Commission Queue) for updates on your commission before NOTING / EMAILING me for updates.
I generally begin projects in order of the payments that were received.
I have an OPEN and PUBLIC Queue (PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NSFW IMAGES AS I USE THEM FOR WIPS) Which is updated constantly.

Turn around Time
My current turnaround time is roughly ONE MONTH from the date you ordered your commission.
-Typically turnaround time is FAR less than that but depends on my Current Queue.
Asking for WIP’s WILL SLOW DOWN my work. As I have to wait for you to approve steps before I can continue working. Thus if you take 2 days to approve the pose sketch I am 2 days BEHIND in work for you.
ADOPTABLE TERMS OF SERVICE
1.) You may resell for what you paid for it or less.
1.2) If the adoptable comes with additional art/crafts you may charge more BUT must be a fair price
2.) You may trade them for something else.
2.2) Trades MUST be fair to both parties
3.) You may make edits BUT ONLY ON NEW ARTWORK!
4.) You may repost with proper credit. I actually encourage this.
5.) You may NOT resell the designs for more than what you paid for them. (See stipulations above in 1-1.2)
6.) Do NOT make drastic edits to the design. . (Missing limbs and other appendages are okay just don't take a green tiger and change it into a blue and pink sparkle dog.)
7.) DO NOT BUY AN ADOPT FOR FODDER! (meaning do NOT buy a character from me if they are just going to be killed/eaten by other characters)
8.) You may NOT change imperative traits to my closed concepts!! Please stick their species guidelines unless otherwise stated!
9.) You may NOT edit or alter MY original artwork or design!
9.1) if you would like small changes to the original (ie: eye color/ add or remove a small marking) you MAY request so AT TIME OF PURCHASE! (I cannot guarantee I will have the original file later on!)
9.2) You MAY request large edits to be made to adopts (ie gender change, main color change) for an additional fee that we will agree upon
Character Design Terms Of Service
Upon Commissioning a Character Design the Commissioner must Supply the following information VIA NOTE or E-mail:
Species
Gender
Color Pallet (CLEARLY marking what colors are to be used for what part of the design)
Pattern: (Markings/spots)
Other info: (Any specific item,mark,tattoo, ect. that needs to be depicted)
Stream?: (Do you want your design streamed?)
- Once I have the final design completed the Commissioner may approve or reject/ask for changes to be made.
-If changes need to be made I will need DETAILED information on what needs to be changed.
-If whole design is rejected I will re-do the design ONCE MORE after being given detailed info for new design.
-If whole design is rejected I RESERVE the right to sell or keep the rejected design.
-If after changes are made/or a new design is finished, the design is still rejected I will set a time to work on the design by Private or Public Stream for an additional charge per hour.
-If The Commissioner wants the design Streamed a date and time will be arranged.
-During the stream I will work by the Commissioners note and additional input from the commissioner while streaming.
-At the Finished coloring stage I will ask the Commissioner to approve or reject the Design, at that point I will alter any "Small" changes ( markings, marking color, eye color, ect.Complete recolors will cost a small fee)
-If the Finished Design is rejected the Commissioner will be charged a fee per hour to continue the Character Design.

Failure to adhere to these terms is grounds for immediate revocation of rights.
