Oh no :< it's so sad to hear this, I have been a long time fan of Doug's too, I wish I had came to the furry scene sooner so I could have maybe had a chance to talk to him, I hope and pray that he does pull through though.

He used to hang out on the mucks in the haven if I remember correctly.

Doug was one of the first artists I found that brought me into the fandom, I've seen his work everywhere and he's among the few iconic individuals who really blossomed the fandom to great heights of creativity and naughtiness.

That's terrible, I mean, it kind of sucks that he didn't seek medical help prior to it becoming this bad; though with how much medical stuff costs I can imagine it wouldn't be easy. It still is a major bummer he has to go in when the doctors aren't happy with his condition. I hope he can pull through.

Doug was an early inspiration to me, as well. Such a sense of humor in his art. Very sad to hear he's not doing well. Best hopes and wishes for him to get better again soon.

Before, James Hartiman passed away I had bought many of his portfolios, wish I could have found a way to support the great man Mr Winger... wonder if someone might be able to Wingerize my sona?

that is sad.... he dose some very nice work. Sexy arts, and arts you can show people to make them go OMFGWTF AHHHHH *snickers* just in that range to mess with normal people but still have some elements that are uncomfortably appeasing ..... sure there are more freaky works out there, but he hits that nice balance ^.^ hehe

I hope he is well, I don't know much about him but I know losing him would make a lot of people very sad and that's I like to avoid..
