It's my birthday, I am 31 years old today

I'm going to keep things simple this year. Just going out to dinner and having a cake. I really appreciate the comments I got last year from you guys when I turned 30.

All of you helped make that last year just a little more special and even though I was out enjoying the beach, I felt like I had new company every time I went to check my phone. Thank you all for the kind words last year.
I'm not sure how I feel about being in my 30's. It seems like I'm always going from one thing to another that I don't get enough time to just stop and think about it. I have my Bachelor's degree in psychology now and I'm starting the master's program this year as a MFT in the counseling department, but I get to enjoy the summer off before all of that starts up again. I'm very thankful for these days of rest. That's probably why I want to keep things simple for my 31st.
